Rowan leads 10-7 at the half.  Interesting game so far.  Neither team is showing much on offense.  Will see if Frostburg can pull out the win.  Looks like Brockport is clear #1 in the east at this point.

Ugly game at William Patterson.  Wesley leads 49-0 at the half.  Wow.....

Del Val ran over Stevenson today. Bodes well for Wesley comparatively with Frostburg.

Frostburg takes control in second half and looks to be on the way to a win.  Rowan does not show much on offense, but Frostburg is playing a tough defense.  It looks like their offense can be handled so I think that Wesley will be able to outscore them when they play in 2 weeks.  Wesley did what was expected so there is not much to take from the win.  Salisbury looks to be struggling on offense so they may not be a threat to either Wesley or Frostburg.  Looking like the game on 10/7 will be the game that determines who wins the NJAC.

Wesley held William Patterson to 20 yards of offense..... Wow.  As Sean Greene stated, the final score was Wesley Mario Lemieux, William Patterson nothing.

CNU wins 16-8. I'm still curious about the 2 pt conversion call on CNU's first TD. Makes no sense. Defense won this game...again. 6 turnovers! Last was a pick six called back for a blocking penalty after the pick. 4 games...18 turnovers. 5 sacks today.

Rowan at home next week.

Interested to see how Wesley's secondary will fare against Frostburg. IMO that will be the key.

Also, I think Wesley has something in Khaaliq Burroughs. I know it hasn't been the greatest of competition BUT he seems to have a little more of that "it" factor.

expect a low scoring game.  Rowan has a poor offense, but the D is tough.

Totally agree, '85...it was approaching halftime when CNU finally scored, so you could tell it was likely going to be a defensive battle...that said, every point matters...no need to go for two.  It was ugly, but as they say, a win's a win...hoping for a little payback against Rowan this Saturday for some close losses the last couple of years.

GO CAPS!

Big week for my Seagulls this week as we welcome the Captains of CNU. Last week wasn't all that pretty allowing an early TD, but otherwise not giving TCNJ anything. The Defense continues to get better each game, which is always good. Offensively, the Gulls have to stop shooting themselves in the foot with not turning the ball over with fumbles, but drive killers with putting the ball on the ground, which put us in 3rd and long situations. We are not a passing team, we have to do better. I think we will be much much improved this week and more focused as this is homecoming after all. We can't have a 2015 episode. Looking forward to a safe a great game. Good Luck to both teams and as always looking for a "W" is the Salisbury Column.

Edit: This is bye-week for the Seagulls, the following week is another Big week. Get the adequate rest and be ready Oct. 7th.

Looks like another week of no game.  The beginning of the year has really been weak for games to go see and I will drive anywhere within 6 hours if it is really good.  Just cant muster up the want to go watch anything so far.  I plan on going to Frostburg, but that may change to.  Not losing interest, watching 4-5 games on the computer each weekend.
