Geez, that was a bad time for the CNU offense to lay an egg...so much for a meaningful game against Wesley to end the season...oh well, playing for pride now.   Just saw where Salisbury averaged 5.7 per rush...I really thought CNU's D would have done a better job.  Give credit to SU, but I think the Captains are better than that...hope you didn't go to the game, '85!

Fun Factoid...since joining the NJAC, CNU has defeated the conference eventual conference champion. So, I guess it is fair to say that if Wesley wants to win the NJAC, they should wrap it up before the CNU game, then lose! It's in the cards!!!

Self inflicted wounds....PENALTIES!!! Couldn't get anything in rhythm. Too many penalties.....and I keep getting back to this......I mentioned it a decade ago with Greensboro uniforms.....untucked...look sloppy, play sloppy. CNU looks sloppy. Jerseys untucked, undershirts showing....look sloppy, play sloppy. Discipline! That's all I'm saying.

I was impressed with his poise. Being thrown into a weird game. He has good size. Again, the penalties just kept us from getting into any kind of a flow. I would like to see him start the rest of the games to get some game experience. And I really like KJ...truly an amazing person to know!

Penalties grinding the Wesley game to a halt. Very sloppy second half for Wesley on both sides of the ball.

TCNJ up on Rowan 20-7 close to the half.... interesting.

Rowan loses to TCNJ making next week's game with Wesley another game I will not be making.  Hoping to get to a game at some point, but if you are not beating TCNJ you are not going to be in the game with Wesley.  Salisbury in a couple of weeks looks like it will be a good one.

That second half of the Wesley game was one of the oddest ones I have ever watched.  The Wesley players simply quit playing the game in the second half.  A millennial thing?  I wonder.  I hope it was simply an anomaly....

I would think Joe Callahan will be activated this week now that Aaron Rodgers is out for the season.  (my cheesehead heart aches).....

Well it looks like the NJAC will lose Southern Virginia after next year.  The ODAC is where SV really belongs.  I am surprised they didn't go there in the first place.  Shorter trips and more competitive games are definite pluses.  I wish them the best of luck in their new home.

This is, of course, a two-way transaction. SVU was always willing to go, but the ODAC was not always a willing recipient.

I like the idea of CNU being able to schedule another good out of conference opponent...makes the season more interesting to me.
