I noticed that Rowan picked up Linfield and Hobart for 2019. It can only make them better. Did I just say that.  ::)
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Any news/updates regarding NJAC schools and spring drills?
Wesley started spring ball. That's about all I know. Their recruiting in Florida was apparently rewarded with a DB from a state champion. Pretty cool.

Do you (or does anybody here) have the 2019 non-NJAC opponents, for all of the NJAC schools? I've heard a few schools have their schedules locked and loaded, but guard it like Fort Knox (Kean). I have zero clue why. thanks!

I believe Wesley has Del Val and upstart D2 Franklin Pierce on their schedule. Unsure of their third OOC.

Wondering if Wesley's finances are hurting. I feel like North Central and Wesley would have wanted to play each other. Not that CNU isn't a formidable opponent, but it is weird to see Franklin Pierce on the schedule.

I thought Rowan was the same way, but they updated their site with the 2019 schedule. Maybe you can send a note to Kean's sports information office for an update.
Go Rowan! Brown & Gold!

TCNJ has filled their 2019 schedule with Muhlenberg, Cortland State, and St. John Fisher.

BTW - good article about their NJAC Rookie of the Year QB

Nutley's Eli Acosta to Rowan for football
Eli Acosta, a standout-athlete in four sports at Nutley High, has announced he will attend Rowan University this coming fall where he'll play football for the Profs.

This week brought some big news in South Jersey all-star football; the Adam Taliaferro Classic plans to switch to a 7-on-7 tournament

I'm glad that the foundation didn't cancel the annual event, many of the All-Stars end up in D3 including the NJAC.

I've tried the SID twice and no response. I guess things are incredibly busy on the Kean athletic front. :)

Budget aside, it's tough to get some of the mid-tier teams to schedule, they have to look at it from a recruiting standpoint and playoff possibility. I believe Salisbury may be playing that same D2 Franklin Pierce school as well. However, they have Albright and a WIAC school. I know Salisbury tried to get Stevenson to take over the Regents Cup game replacing Frostburg, but it appeared that Stevenson only wanted to face Salisbury in the playoffs.

I saw that on the schedule and thought there were some great possibilities there, but this is better than anything I had been pondering. :)
