Can any Wesley fans post the 2 deep depth chart? I want to start taking a look at Rowan's next opponent  8-)
Had no idea that Rowan also had a bye. So far I have not seen any game notes from any of Wesley's 3 games... but here was the starting lineup for the Endicott game.

               OFFENSE                                          DEFENSE
QB: Dave Marrocco/Jon Mullin                 DE: Tommy Tanner, Shymere Vessels
WR: Ruhann Peele, Mike Credle               DT: Nick Glover, Rock Hunter
TB: Abe Mansaray                                 SAM: Jalund Johnson
RT: Andrew Risper                                WILL: Dante Daniel
RG: Ty-Key Moore                                 ROV: Mike Brewer
C: Greggory Clark                                 CB: Isiah Mitchell, Myles James
LT: Brandon Bradford                             FS: Marcus Gaspard
LG: Josh Hughes                                   SS: Coray Williams
TE: Rick Hess
Slot: Corterris Simpson
Thank you thewaterboy.  Why is Mansaray starting over EJ Lee?  I was looking at the roster breakdown today.  Impressive recruiting; the Wolverines have players from a number of states including a large contingent from Rowan's backyard, NJ. MD and NJ account for ~50% of the roster, each at around 25%. By contrast, Rowan's roster is roughly 95% from NJ.
Go Rowan! Brown & Gold!

Weird having an entire conference take a bye week at the same time.  How times have changed......

I'll definitely be tuning into the Montclair State @ Hobart game, especially since Salisbury plays them next week. Also, this will give me a good indication on how the East will stack up through the 1st 3 to 4 games.

Agree, I'll try to watch them to get ready for their Rowan matchup.  Hobart was a tough team - tons of good receivers including the TEs. I'm curious how Kean and WPU are shaping up as well.

Mansaray was starting over Lee as a  precautionary measure

Ice Bear says if Kean couldn't beat Springfield they won't be that good and shouldn't do much in the NJAC.

Ice Bear says Springfield is a hard working physical team but the level the program occasionally plays at just ins't there this year.

Slow week on the Rowan front. Sorry for quoting this old post, but I was recently looking up one of Rowan's top freshman (Eric Matos) and my own post in this forum came up.

All of the Rowan commits from this South Jersey news article are no longer on the team, however, 2 other names (Eric Matos and Robert Upshur) are now on Rowan's team. A lot of movement in college football, even at the D3 level.

Have a nice weekend everyone.
Go Rowan! Brown & Gold!

I've come to the conclusion that JaQuill Burch isn't very good.

rams1102

It pains me to say I cannot disagree. Another 3 picks and all in the Red Zone + a fumbel. At best Montclair will be a spoiler in the NJAC. They have the talent to compete but can't close the deal. I'm still a Montclair Homer. The head of the NJAC is Salisbury and Wesley and my edge goes to Salisbury for now with the win over Oshkosh.
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

@d3jason

Fresh start for pretty much everyone in the conference. It's still wide open. The Red Hawks certainly had their chances. The pick-six getting called back was a killer too.

It's going to be long week. Can't wait for Saturday  8-)

Christopher Newport @ Kean 12:00 P.M. Union, NJ

Montclair Fans.

I was curious where Abellany Mendez would land. He was a talented RB and baseball player in HS at Rutherford. Now he's listed at Defensive Line for Montclair State. Any updates on how he's adjusting to college ball?

Interesting NJAC race, wide open . Rooting for MSU and Rowan on Saturday to make it interesting.
