rams1102,

I'll send you an email with stats and a pre-built table.  As I writer for D3football.com I probably shouldn't be involved in a game with spreads.  It may get me in trouble down the road.

JT,

Got your e-mail, and need to really look it over. Understand your position. Your boys look pretty good. Let's see what happens. A big test this Sat for the young Red Hawks.

JT: I haven't decided whether I like or dislike the Rowan "mustard" unis, but I have to confess that they are eye catching.

Pat, I was just making a point that the pollsters can't possibly see every team in action week to week.  I was pleased to see CNU stay in the top 25 w two loses-- both to top ten squads.  Their scheduling has earned that ranking!

Ready to rahrah--  I got a couple of "nutty bars" for ya!! :P

Care to share some information on the "Mighty Red Hawks"?

Frank,

Don't know if it is player's choice or not, but they have been worn for both games this year, home and away.

Gonna miss the Robert Morris game.  Couldn't convince my better half to spend our anniversary in Philadelphia this weekend.   ;)

Will be going to Newport, RI instead.

The yellow unis are really not mustard colored.......they are more the color of a school bus........and you know what happens if you stand in front of a school bus;)

JT

From what I hear, the team likes the yellow unis alot.  You have to admit, they do make a statement!

Somebody previously posted that RU wore the yellow unis at CNU because CNU wanted to wear their whites because of the heat.   You know, any advantage you can grab.......grab!

gordonmann

We're miles away from this in many respects, but can you imagine a game in which you have the yellow unis of Rowan and the shiny green unis of Del Val?

"Ahhhh, My eyes! Can't stop the burning!"   :)

njlincolnlion,

So you want some info on the Mighty Red Hawks. ;D

Montclair has cleaned house and is now rebuilding. Some talented problems are no longer on the team. Coach G. does a real good job, but you know what rebuilding is, and we don't run away from anyone. I think we have Springfield on the scheduel next year. Rumor has it that a real good QB talent wanted to trans from Hofstra, but could not come due to grades.
That is a big change for MSU. Our QB is a senior who played at WR. He has the heart of a lion. The O line is very young. The D is pretty good. You guys should win. I'm guessing 31/28 - 14. Keep one thing in mind these kids will no give up and if you guys look past us, you may be in for a surprise. It's my daughters birthday, so I'll miss the trip. We should really be 2-0, but youth and inexperience can bite you in the butt. Remember, that's why we play the game and "fairy tales can come true, they can happen to you".

LET'S  GO  MIGHTY  RED  HAWKS  !!!!!!!!!!!
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

I don't think Coach Woods has the guys looking beyond the Red Hawks.  I started following the Sea Gulls four years ago and at that time they were in a rebuilding mode, so I know what you the Red Hawks are going through.  I here in north jersey, so I'll have to catch the game via the internet.  Planning on going down next weekend for Homecoming/Parents week at Salisbury.

The NJAC Pick-E'M is posted on the General Football Page.

its a shame MSU has to rebuild and cant just reload like Rowan does!!!
anyway, I hear that Philadelphia Eagles center Hank Fraley will be doing the coin toss at the Rowan game on saturday, since he is an alumni of Robert Morris

rams1102

the source,

You are correct that Rowan has re-loaded, and Montclair is rebuilding. I guess Rowan never went through those times. If you check out the history of the 2 teams, the season series may be tied. ;)

Source,
Where have you been? You are such a wealth of knowledge!
Are yo an Eagle FAN too?

JT

So I have to miss the Robert Morris vs. Rowan.  I'll be in Newport, RI celebrating my anniversary.  I just noticed that Salve Regina is taking on Nichols at 6pm on Saturday.

What do think my chances are?

BTW... Salve Regina is one of the most beautiful campuses I've seen at any level.
