Follow these steps for a good time:

Step 1: Receive a letter from an anonymous source.
Step 2: Post it on the Internet
Step 3: Wait for the gaggle of egomaniacal, pompous (and probably lonely) posters to make fun of the grammar of a college kid.  A kid who probably typed it in between the 5 hours of classes and studying and 3 hours of football.
Step 4: Laugh at the posts that come in from a poster from a highly revered school like New Jersey City State University.  Certainly NJCSU grads, with their long list of Rhodes Scholars,  Poets Laureates, and Mensa members, should laugh at another state school.

Real classy!

By the way, Rowan will probably win.  I doubt it will be easy.  Last year WAS far from easy and both teams got better.

I have far many more things to do than send a letter to JT.  Certainly, anyone can see the writing styles are different.  But I think it is in poor taste for people to be making fun of a college kid.  If you can't see that, then I feel bad for you.  Some things are more important than football, and being a decent human being is one of them.

As for making fun of people, this board is all about busting ballz and ranting and raving about what we and those teams we represent. I find it particulayly interesting how everybody is "circling, you know, kind of like buzzards, trying to pick Rowan's bones" since Orihel is hurt.

While Orihel was in, you didn't hear much but now that he's not, all of the nay-sayers are crawling out from under the rug.  If RU should lose before Orihel gets back, wait for the onslaught of ............ "I told you they were over rated" - "Theyre no good", etc., etc. etc.

My purpose was not to highlight the grammatical errors in the email.  It was posted in order to generate some discussion on the upcoming game.  The emailer's id has been kept private.   So I don't see how I'm harming this individual.

The Kean players were pretty close to an upset last year.  So it might turn into a good game on Saturday.  Maybe it will get some Kean fans to come out of the woodwork and defend the Cougars.

We can talk about Prof players until we're blue in the face. Can someone else offer any insight into the Kean players this year from a fan perspective?

I like that NJACBOOHOO, our new resident guru better stay away from the LL board if JT and I upset him.  There is one thing I did learn a long long time ago in Elementary School, it is this concept called proof-reading and checking your spelling.  At NJCU the professors all encouraged their students to use the spell check function in the writing software package.

Maybe I am expecting a little too much when I find uncomprehensible posts annoying or even funny, after all these kids are just college students, we shouldn't expect too much from them.

There must have been a full moon last night. JT tries to stir up a little action on this board, and it looks like it worked. The Kean person is just a fan or maybe a player. He is entitled to his opinion and the game was close last year. I also don't think anyone is picking on Rowan becase their QB is out for a while. The big dogs always get picked on and the Rowan guys can handle themselves. If Rowan is that big dog they should handle Kean by (+17.5). The weather calls for rain and Kean could not put up any points against us in the rain. We have our hands full this week at Sam Mills Field. We only scored 3 points in the rain against Kean, but that was enough. I would really love to go into Glassboro with a 4 game winning streak, and really get this board hopping.

I've always wondered why Kean football never rose to the top of the NJAC with its "flexible" admission standards and an undergraduate population the size of Syracuse University.
