RPI won't get 75 yards rushing Saturday.  The Cortland D Line will punish your o line against the pass.  More like Cortland 28- RPI 10
Taste It

I tasted it and it was not very good. This game reminds me of my 2nd ECAC in 1993 when the opponent was an undefeated Plymouth St. team who just couldn't stop crying about how they got shafted out of the NCAA's. They were a bunch of big meatheads from a sports factory school (sound familiar?) who had size and strength and were going to punish the nerds from RPI and show the NCAA selection committe how much they screwed up by not choosing them.

Last I remember, the final gun sounded and we shut them out...I don't even remember the score, it was such an anti-climatic game. 14-0? 10-0? ...not sure. I just remember pounding on those big dopey d-lineman all day while we churned up yardage on the crappy '86 field.

Bernardo will have 100+ yards on Sat in a win

RPI 25
Kickball jockeys 16

Yes....I'll go back to being a successful corporate sales manager nerd who likely won more football games in his career at RPI (1990-94) than C.State did in the same time span..

It must be a bummer to you now that you have to move gym class indoors for the next few months. What do you do more of? Dodgeball? Floor hockey? Basketball??

Just for giggles, mr. meathead,  I did a little comparison...this is as far back as I could go w/o doing too much research.

Nice an ECAC RPI vs. Cortland PP battle.  Gotta put my money on the LL posters, they can outpoint just about anybody.

Adam Samrov strikes again.

He predicts a Hobart victory over Rowan, and even feels that Rowan should have been seeded 6th.  Little and I mean little does he know, but his percieved 6 seed will monkey stomp Hobart!!!

Oh yea, and that "sea of red" of 100-150 fans.  Maybe he should have said a puddle of red.  Give me a break!   Reading his collumn of around the region reminded me that I was due for a dentist appointment.  It was that painfull.

How about the top performances?  He included two bits about Wesley(south region), and lets not forget that stellar performance from Newport news(another south region team) that took down the mighty 0-10 Division2 power Chowan.

Don't worry Adam, us Rowan fans don't have to complain about you anymore.  You did a good job making yourself look bad!  Keep up your award winning material.

Besides always being a day late in putting out your collumn, you should just skip it next time.  Just cut and paste 3 pages of LL posters talking in the third person.  That would make for a more entertaining East region segment.

To other posters, are you seeing what I'm seeing ???

pg04

Well it's either that or Rowan love fest, take your pick

pg04

Just Kidding JT!  I thought I'd just play off the complaints of the E8 posters

I don't miss hearing about Rowan every week. Hey...it was a nice article...especially since it talked about yours truly. Don't be upset because you can't seem to win that elusive national championship!!! If you think doing the column is so easy, why don't you do it? Bud didn't play for a LL school and he took the time to take in the rivalry and give it the appropriate recognition. The shoes game must be worth something if the Guru hoofed it up here last year.

We do appreciate your recognition of our talents on the LL boards. It's ironic....everyone likes to make cracks about the LL board yet everyone seems to be able to describe our antics, the personalities, the topics we post on. Hmm....sounds like people continue to read the board in spite of the complaints.  RT thinks there's a bit of envy here....must be what it feels like to play for the Yankees to be an LL poster (even though I hate the Yankees)

Good Job! Sometimes it seems like people don't know there is a news site associated with this message board  :P

In regards to the "top performers", you do realize that he covers those teams in the ATR due to the ACFC (or whatever it is)....

Maybe that was missed due to the Rowan Lovefest articles from the years before...

He doest stick to one team and oogle over them every week...

I find it nice to actually read up on other teams instead of reading about one team or one conference week in and week out....
