I guess the Kean Cougars kicked a little Morrisville College butt today huh?
Kean 38 - Morriville 28
Our RB just may be the best RB in the NJAC?
Chunn for 238 yds looks like an All NJAC 1st team RB to me!  ;)

RedHawk

No No, Bliss and his backup Jimenez are better then Chunn...

Good game fellas!!!!!

Good game by C-State in the rotten weather; perhaps their most complete game yet.  Miles was outstanding, especially considering the wind and rain.  Also got to see some other talent in Pitcher and Russell and I would bet they step right in next year without skipping a beat.  It was homecoming weekend so went to JV game yesterday vs. Brockport and it looks like Cortland just keeps reloading. They dominated Bport JV.  I didn't know any names and don't have the roster in front of me but line was big and I noted the play of 71 and 67.  QB 12 was good as was RB#1 and others.  WR 85 and 15.  Defensively...they have a man-child in 91 and OLB #4 was really good...Don't know  who they all are but way to go....and these guys get to practice against the #7 team in the country every day! They can't help but to get better and better.   I don't see a down year any time soon.  Go C-State!

Congrats to the Dragons for cracking the top 10 with a #7 ranking.  Unfortunately the polls mean nothing so lets keep it rolling.  Don't forget what TCNJ did to us last year.  I made the 2.5 hour ride down to that 30-0 beat down, and left feeling like somebody siphoned 2 tanks of gas from my Mustang.
Taste It!

This is something I usually don't do and probably why it is raining today.

Congratulations to Montclair State for recognizing the Football Team being ranked by D3football.com (#23) and AFCA (#24). The Football Athletic Page had links to both Polls. Nice Job.

Had a great time during the hurricane, but better yet was the "W" and shutout of TCNJ.

The regional D3football.com Regional Polls came out today. Montclair #4 in the East and where I think they should be as of today. As you stated, the playoffs start this Saturday at W.Conn. Send a statement and come out with a "W". One game at a time!!!

See everyone at W. Conn this Saturday.

They're the NCAA's regional polls, actually.

 # 4 in the Region is not bad, I think we could have had a little flip between us and Ithaca but hey why wouldn't they get the nod over an NJAC team, it only happens every year... Uh Oh :)
Before I get bashed by some Ithaca alumni just know that I play in a kickball league in Hoboken, NJ the person to the left of me in the outfield is a former stud WR from Ithaca (no names mentioned that graduated in 06). Needless to say our team is undefeated; anything in the outfield is how you say a can of corn. We have a bet going on that has not been finalized yet but something along the lines of if I have more homeruns then he does by year's end, he has to wear an MSU Football hat to the Cortica game hahaha

GO RED HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!

You mean like 2001 and 2003 when IC had to go on the road to play the "higher ranked" Hawks?

My point is that sometimes the NCAA gives the inferior NJAC team better seeds than they deserve.

And my second point would be that Ithaca blew out the 2nd best team in the NJAC last year, so why put the third best NJAC team in the playoffs over Ithaca?
