Hope - I prefer the drive up old hwy. 67. To me it was quicker, but charters don't like the drive so they take 55.

Godfather - I noticed Dygart's name was not in the box score. Was this one of the illnesses you mentioned.

FC   -  you know I like the team, so I hope you are right  regarding McCoy -  I'd very much like to see two ST Louis teams in the conference tourney -  which means we have to beat one of those teams across the river.

Incidently - the other McCoy - for Maryville - played very well at the point vs Mac the other day  -  a real bright spot - moving him to point and Tyler Saxton to off guard could be a real positive in the long run.

And by the way  - you are overrating Maryville big time  -  until they find a couple of shooters, they'll have a tougher time scoring than their opponents.  FT%  61%;   FG% 39%;  3 pt % 26%    abysmal

I'm not overrating them. I'm just saying I can't pencil in a W for any team when the games at MU. That is the hardest shooting gym in the whole conference, 30-40ft behind suspended baskets. That might be why MU's stats are so bad. They play more games there then anyone.

hopefan - Take I-55 north to Springfield, then west on I-72 to Jacksonville. Take the first Jacksonville exit (there are three) and follow that road into Jacksonville. Pretty sure that's Old US 36. The second light you come to will be Hardin Street - go right. You'll go about a half mile - gym parking lot will be on your right. Gym a little further on your left. Would love to have you in Highlander Land!

WU @Mac (both teams only game this week, Mac needs this to keep pace for top spot)
FU @EC (for tiebreaker purposes)

This fun!!! I've been around the SLIAC since the start. This by far the most parity this conf. has ever seen. I wish this year had the six team conf. tourney format (#1 and #2 get byes). I think this will be adopted soon because of the size of the league now. I would really like to see six this year because I think this year 6 will deserve it. This won't always be the case.

As of now I believe that Dygert, Buxton, Schram, Kurz and Crawford have all been slowed by injuries while Kurz, Warncke, Daniels and Buxton have all been sick.  This is all taht I know of with there being possibly more either I forgot or dont know about.

FU JV defeats MU JV by 3 pts. I'm not good names but recognized at least four players who also appear in MU box scores. FU's Mitch Lundy lead the way w/ 25 pts., Terrence Lovette played another very solid game w/ 20 pts. and 12 boards.

He's a sprinter. Can't you see his quickness and agility, up and down the sidelines during the time outs. He really can pick 'em and lay 'em down during those 30 second time outs.

I run on the team!  I'm the fastest guy in Greenville.  I am like grease lightning.  I eat lightning and crap thunder.. (couple quotes from Rocky II...)  I may look like a big guy, but I'm like a train...  takes a little to get going, but after that, I can FLY!

Haha!  Only kidding.  I am administrative assistant/assistant coach.  I obviously know nothing about track because my life has been wrapped up in Basketball.  I took this position because they needed someone that would be a good team administrator.  That's what I am and what I have done the last 4 years with basketball. 

As for hotel rooms, when we feel that we have secured up hosting, Ill see what kind of rates I can get for you!   I'll try to hook you up at the Super 8 or Econo Lodge-Country View Inn.  Really, I have an apt to myself, I could just have a big D3hoops.com posters party at my pad!  Watch some old Greenville films and get out some air mattresses!   What do you think?  lol
