Tom, thanks for stepping in and informing us about the webcast, as most of us probably would have not known how to pick the game up!  I am glad to hear that they are attempting this move -- hopefully its a success!

Mr. Hart, I don't see how the schedule can be completed by playing only on Wed and Saturdays. For that to happen, you would have to start the Saturday after Thankgiving to complete the 18 game schedule.  There would have to be 5 conf. games played before the break. For schools that can't keep kids over break for long periods of time (i.e. Eureka), how would you fit in your non-conference games?

Thanks for webcast information and link, Tom! Will be listening in from the frozen tundra, i.e. Highlander Land. Hopefan - no need for updates, assuming the webcast goes off without a hitch. MacMurray did a webcast for all its home conference games this year, and it was fantastic. Next year the plan is to both home and away. They do a real nice job. The Maryville game will be webcast this Saturday. The link is:

Congratulations to MacMurray's Farrid Coleman, the SLIAC Player of the Week.

Farrid Coleman of MacMurray College is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of February 5-11.

The Highlanders remained in a tie for first place and had, perhaps, the most impressive week in the conference this season by beating three of the teams that were within one game of first place. MacMurray knocked Eureka out of a tie for first with a 106-89 win, beat Greenville, 86-78, and finished the week with a 92-79 win over third place Fontbonne.

Coleman scored 24 points and handed out 8 assists against Eureka, had 11 points and 7 assists in the Greenville win, and finished the week with 24 points to along along with 8 more assists in the Fontbonne game.

The 6-0 junior guard from Benton Harbor, MI also shot 24-25 from the foul line for the week, including 18-18 in the Eureka game.

Anyone out there who would like for me to post Webster-Fontbonne scores throughout their game tonight? If so, let me know. I've picked up the feed and can pass along updates if posters out there are interested. Let me know.

Wow.  All the webcast are great.  We used to do the same but our Radio Station is in a bit of a disaray.  Ugh!  Yeah, the Snowed Out game between Mac & Blackburn may be a more exciting no game than the Greenville/STLCOP game. lol.

Listning to Webter / Fontbonne Pre-Game.  Good job!

Also D3Hoops.com gets a shoutout!  Yeah Pat!

Thanks Mac...I've also picked up the feed and it sounds surprisingly good for a low budget production.  I wish they would of done this all year!

Mac Attack

Feed is clear as a bell. Mac's feed not nearly that crisp, but the announcers do a good job.

Its on pace to be in the 80s and that is what Fontbonne wants!  Sounds like there doubling and tripling Hoggatt!  Hasn't phased him yet!

pantherpride06

Hoggatt sounds like he's having the makings of a great game.

Big kid from Fontbonne two fouls in the first two minutes and probably done for the first half. Not good news for Fontbonne.

Panther....I agree totally...I see some potential in the play-by-man...sounds very professional!  This is pretty sweet!  I just wish they would tell us the score a bit more.  I don't have a score card in progess or anything!

McKinney is gambling right now with Storandt in the game, but it is paying off thus far.  I guess his thinking is that there is no use waiting -- its do or die and they need him!

pantherpride06

Very true.  I almost started keeping score here.  Anyway we can call the Webster studio and let them know???  Someone call Y_Jack_loc or fcnews and tell them go say the score and give all the d3posters a shoutout! :)
