I love the Reagan-Churchill showdowns!

A big showdown on Saturday. Senior night for Weymouth, Kovadge, Wright, and Hohenstein.. will be a special one with a lot on the line. Initial thoughts... Eureka has a strong starting 5... Shooters, drivers, and a big guy who can be tough when he gets it going. Westmin has been hot lately, and seemed to shut down the bigs of Mac last night. I give the bench play edge to Westmin as well. Might be my biased view but I think the Blue Jays protect home court, and pull this one out.

As far as the students helping put in the floor I don't have answer because I don't know. There is a lot of history in that gym including a national championship team.

I do think it's time for Eureka to update its basketball/volleyball facility. THe hardest part for them is probably coming up with the money to do so. It would most likely take a generous donation or an increase in tuition to be able to afford one.

I like that the Eureka Westmin game is scheduled for a later start time. For anyone who has ever played there the sun can be blinding during an afternoon game. I know I always hated playing there (maybe because I was 2-4 in that building) 

I'll be pulling for an E.C. win to keep the hosting hopes alive.

I won't be able to make the game. Been out-of-state all week and need to keep the home fires burning. Mac needs to dig in and bounce back. I think they will. Tough bunch and good coach. Good luck to all and safe travels.
