Haha.  ;D ;D
A lttle Westminster news. I'll respect Coach's wishes and not use a name. But, I know WC won the recruiting war for a 6'8 kid who I saw play twice. Long and Lanky. Needs to add weight. Probably play the 4 because of his shooting ability. Natural shot blocker. Good Get for Coach Mitchell.

Sounds very similar to Wetmin - to - Arkansa  Charlie Henderson...  Would be great if the new transfer exhibited as much potential as Charlie did....

I've gone another 6 days with no response from coaches regarding recruits except for the new pickup by Coach Creal at Mac...  Lips are sealed....

Okay. I'm worried now. But, understand. Kinda like McCoy or McKoy. And I believe it was Henderson. Had it right the first time.

senility... again and again and again ;D ;D ::) ::)

Hang in there Hopefan. We usually can figure out what you mean.
Props go out to 3 former Griffin's on their Graduations. Freddie Fleming and Sailou Dioum walked this past Saturday. Jamlhal Thomas in July. Proud of you guys.

Dennis: at what graduation ceremony were you in attendance? I saw niether of those two at the one I attended, nor were they listed in the program. I hope you are right because one of my bones with the recent FC program was the revoling door of players brought in each year, even at semester, and few seemed to be there with any intent of every graduating and few ever did. Hoping I am wrong and this is not just another "spin" on everything Fontbonne.

Come on Red... what did our 'hero' Mark McGuire say... "Let's not dwell on the past" .....   Coach Schafer has started that revolving door spinning in the right direction, and I'm sure every one of the kids that I've mentioned that are coming to Fontbonne in September are counting on graduating in 2016, 2017!!!!

Hey Hope. Thanks for the Mothers Day wishes. It was a great day.

Sorry, I don't mean to dwell on the past, I would just like to make sure those two really did graduate because I saw no evidence at the ceremony I was at. Maybe there was more than one.

I am not stating an opinion this time, just asking for a fact check. If they did graduate, I say GREAT. If they didn't - I say stop the spin. FC needs to be called on this. Very few of their players over the years have graduated. I don't know of one black bb player at FC that has graduated in the last 10 years, out of about at least 50 that have been brought in there, most for very short stays.

By the way, "Thomas is on schedule to graduate in July." My understanding is that Thomas is enrolled at Mo Baptist.

The once Mysterious, AA Redhead returns. I did not attend a ceremony. I knew you would and provide good info. Either way I emailed you a great picture of Freddie and Lou in Cap and Gown. It is suitable for framing. I'm SURE you'll recognize the man in the middle as FU current President. And, I'm sure you will retract previous comment.

And yes Thomas will be graduating from Good Old Mobapt. Degree Behavorial Science/ Education. And your point being? He transfered to a university that made it economically feasible and on advice from myself. Isn't graduating the purpose?

Let's see Mckinney era last 3 graduations included McCoy (MBA), Fogerty, Storandt, Porter, Lundy, Branch, Sheets, Riva, Bufford, Rapp, Dressler ( 5 year dual degree with Wash U in Engineering ) and I believe T. Lovette is still taking Grad courses. Along with transfers Fournie, Forrest and Melloway. And now Fleming and Dioum. And a few I know I missed.

Are you reffering to this year? One new transfer left at semester and the PG joined 2nd semester.

This is very offensive to the all the Players that played at Fontbonne and Graduated. And against my fathers principals of seeing his players graduate. And, under your cloak of Screen Name it's easy to do. 50 in 10 years? Are you really being serious? That's 5 a year? If you KNOW there was 50. Can your share just maybe 5 -10 names. And I just gave you 17 names of players from just '09 to 12. But, I Know you already Knew that. Get your facts checked. Your Vendetta against my Late Father and myself, have reached the point of comedy.

Hopefan - I'm sure Coach Schafer will do a Great Job. But, anytime you bring in that big of a class retention will be tough. You just can't predict Home sickness, Family Problems or the ones that aren't getting time.

You need a fact check. I do no believe Dad had 50 black players in his entire 23 years at FU.

You are making false statements and questioning Facts. If you want a list of FU BBall Grads in the last 10 years, it would require a lot of this sites space. And, make you look even more foolish.

Just in the last 8:
Thomas, Tillett, King, Fischer, Nagel, O'Keefe, Cundiff, Scheossel, Bright, Oliver, Hoemeyer, Horton, Grasle, Robinson, Livingston, Sieges, Washington, Schmuke, Lewis, Harris, MaClin, Kapper, Aurbitnot, Hollander........ add 17 above, thats 40 in less then 10 years off the top of my head. And, I know I've missed many. If one of you read this, sorry I missed ya. ;D

Enough is Enough. Your ax has got to be ground by now. If not you'll be back on this public site with something else regarding Dad or I. But, nothing basketball related. Where were you all last season? No updates?

Going back a couple of pages and opening music:

I would love to hear a song I heard on the radio the other day on someones warm-up music (FC perhaps?)

"Bangarang" by Skrillex.  I think the kids would love it...The old foagies...well, lets just hope your heads don't explode because I am sure it will sound like just noise to you!   ;)

Check it out on youtube!

Actually, you analyze the "score" of the song and it is just like a drum line routine with various "percussion instruments" playing to the "score".

Webster loses to Wheaton (Mass)  3-2    Attempted pickoff play at 2nd base and throw goes into center lets a run score that eventually was the difference... tough loss.... very competitive... hope they can get a win in the losers bracket and continue to play.....

Titan, Thanks for that.  You would think Todd has garnered enough respect to have his name spelled correct.

Geesh HCAC   tough night?

And by the way, if you are going to call me out on spelling, let's do it with proper grammar..
Coach's name should be spelled correctly, with correct spelling.
Please correct me correctly ;) ;) ;D ;D

HOOPE FAN, Sorry I am late with this.  I guess I never said I was a English major.  However, I am pretty sure that Creal's name is spelled CORRECTLY on mac's website.  For several years you have spelled his named wrong.

allamericanredhead

Dennis I hate to do this again, but you get on here blowing and going and you are just as full of it as you have always been. Here is your list from the last 8 years and the truth next to the name. McCoy (MBA) yes, Fogerty yes, Storandt yes, Porter quit the team, Lundy  transfered after two years, Branch quit the team, Sheets yes, Riva quit the team, Bufford quit the team, Rapp quit the team, Dressler ( 5 year dual degree with Wash U in Engineering ) quit once but came back. Even considering it is coming from you, I can[t believe you bring up T. Lovette - this is nuts that you would list him. He got screwed so bad at FC, just ask him - and he transfered - HE DID NOT GRADUATE FROM FC.  and niether did Thomas, like you tried to lead on, he went to MO Bap.

So over the last eight years you have five players who played four years and graduated. And this from a program that was widely known for bringing new players in every year by the boatload. Go back and read your own posts every fall about "the greatest recriting class in the history of the SLIAC." Conservativly, I would guess over the last 8 years FC has had 120 to 140 players listed on their rosters either before the season or brought in at semester (remember the year that the team was 8-3 at Christmas and three new "saviors" were brought in, and two started in a game after one day of practice! I beleive that was 2003. And you are bragging about five the stayed with the program and graduated. Heck, Syracuse would even be embarrassed by those numbers!

Then you come up with this list  "Just in the last 8 (years):
Thomas, Tillett, King, Fischer, Nagel, O'Keefe, Cundiff, Scheossel, Bright, Oliver, Hoemeyer, Horton, Grasle, Robinson, Livingston, Sieges, Washington, Schmuke, Lewis, Harris, MaClin, Kapper, Aurbitnot, Hollander"........

The only one of these names found in the last 8 years on a FC roster (I looked in the archives) are Cundiff and Aurbitnot. I don't know if they graduated are not, but these other guys were not on a FC roster in the last 8 years.

Most people who follow this board have learned about 5% of what you say is true, 45% has a lot of gray area and 50% is just down right untrue. You are still in mid season form.
