Funny story about the spelling of Gorlok. A current player (since i will no longer use names, and again i apologize for doing so earlier, it was in poor taste) ordered shoes that had the custom work from Nike that they do and he spelled it "Gorlock". The shoes are non returnable!

I hope he didn't get tattooed!

Panther just to give you an update you now have 126 confirmed students going and that doesn't even take into consideration the parents, friends, and family coming in for the game. And the GC guys passed out flyers today to advertise the game. Needless to say the guys are trying to go in with all the momentum to fuel an upset. And with the recent wins and hopefully a good practice tonight, they will have done everything they can to prepare!
So look out Fontbonne because I am feeling the upset coming!!!!

Fontbonne should be bringing a pretty good crowd up I-70 tomorrow night. Big game for the Griffin's. They need to keep this thing on a roll going into Saturday and the Big One next Wednesday night.

A few days back a poster asked about next year. Who will teams lose and will be back. Who will be back, is a question that I don't know how to answer. This is a list of those who won't. (Based on SLIAC Rosters)

In case you missed it, Maryville wins the Tuesday night game at Prin - close first half moves to a double digit win in the 2nd half.  Some people who were ill returned, Baechle and McCoy, some stayed out , Goodwin, and some missed for the first time, Hentis.  Rough situation for the Saints to be in, and great job to win several games with makeshift, depleted lineups playing a totally different type game than normal....

Biggest surprise of the night was the Maryville women were losing to Prin at half time, but came back to win by double digits in 2nd half....

Hopefan - On the womens comment. MU is scheduled to break the NCAA record for consecutive conference wins at FU, in a couple of weeks. A similar situation to the night FC stopped the big win streak by Wash U's women, back 00-01.
