It looks like Craggs started for Eau Claire last night.  He played 23 minutes with four points, two rebounds and 3 assists.

EC with a decent effort last night ... Ruh, as expected, leading the way w/ 22 pts and only 1 TO...making adjustment to point guard. New big guys were impressive at times, shared the ball well. Pfitzinger had first two dunks for 'Golds. Best stat was having five players with 3 assists or more. Coenen had 4 assts and 3 steals. EC 19-for-22 FT's.

Bigger test coming up Friday against Wash U @ P-ville.

... They had it last night, so if they have it for a non-con game, they likely will have it all year.

East Beast

Point looked good and handled LU by 18.  A run to within 8 with about 3 minutes to go, then the game got sort of sloppy/ugly and free throw circus ensured.  Full report in MWC section.

LU will be decent this year I believe after watching the second half tonight.

Point will be really good as usual.

RF 74, Viterbo 41. Viterbo VERY weak. 41-12 at half. Hard to tell whether Falcons any good. Shane Manor had 11 at half, finished with 14, unofficially. Lots of sub time. Hannigan did not play--just finished bsktball. RF will be very deep--that much is apparent.

I see DeVon Jackson didn't play against Lawrence for the Pointers tonight.  Does someone know if he is hurt?  I figure Ziemer, Pohle and Johnston are still hurt considering they didn't play in the Purple/Gold game and didn't play tonight, even when Semling emptied the bench.

Per the radio broadcast last night, Jackson isn't eligible to play until after finals this first semester.  Also, Semling didn't expect to have Ziemer until late December or January either.  Not sure about Pohle or Johnston.

Two things:

1. Brian Kimble is going to be a defensive force in the WIAC. He had his hands on so many passes.

2. Shane Manor is going to be the best player on the floor in a lot games the Falcons play this season. He is so quick.  Had a couple steals tonight and just out ran everyone to the other end.  Shane was a force on the offensive glass, 5 offensive rebounds.

I understand that we played a pretty weak team, but I am hoping that I am right!  ;D

All four were in street clothes on the bench. Missing was Jared Jenkins.

Do you get that via their basketball page on the university website?

There was a link on the D3hoops box for the game on the front page.  Certain games have links below for audio, live stats... or even video, and EC had such a link for Monday's game.

I intentionally made the wording on my statement a bit vague because there isn't anything on their website that I could see.  I emailed their SID to try to get some more info about it.
