If it was an MVP contest, Brown's relative value to WHITEWATER would also be interesting.  Even his overall league positions are interesting.  Brown is second in the league in scoring, fourth in assists and defensively T2nd in steals.  Also he's, 5th in minutes, 8th in FG%, 14th FT% and T15th in 3 pt %.   Unfortunately it isn't an MVP contest and as a team we didn't do enough to help his cause.

Good luck to those named in the post season.

I see WW beat Monmouth back in November any WW posters remember anything about that game?

That game is probably inconsequential now (more than 3 months ago).  The Scots will come in on a 9-game winning streak, many of them hotly contested.

FWIW the LaCrosse job is posted. This may be SOP after any "interim" coach's immediate tenure is up.

Yes this is SOP. In the state system, the "interim" hire is considered an "emergency" hire and has to be opened up at an appropriate time. Thus, all interims in Wisconsin (and most states) are not technically guarunteed to get the job as the state is required open the job and conduct interviews.

They got off to a bad start shooting and we opened a big lead at half.  Then the teams played even the second one.  FWIW

Three good candidates.  In reality it's probably an academic exercise because it would surprise the heck out of me if it wasn't Dernbach.

Voting for POY is done separately with the top three vote getters being the finalists.  We know Robert Duax won the award but I'm always curious who the others were.  This year they were Alex Henrik and MJ Delmore.

Think I'm gonna bet the field.

The excitement is overwhelming in here. Good luck to all three WIAC teams tonight. Marietta, NCC and even Monmouth won't be easy.
