Falcons over Finlandia 83-60. Payne Rodrick, 6'8" freshman center, had 16 on 8/6 shooting. Dylan Parker , Covid extended sophomore, 16 also on 6/6 shooting and 4/4 f.t. Gunner (what a b.b. name ), Reed, sophomore, on 6/7 shooting, 1/2 f.t.

Edit: Actually no Mahoney as it would appear he's not ready. Booth gets the start in basically a job share with Steckbauer tonight. Oshkosh defeats Augie 90-70.

['95 Blugold]

Blugolds take two over the weekend out in Cleveland, OH at Case Western Reserve. Friday night beat CWR 88-74  strong shooting of 56.0% (14-25) from beyond the arc. 4 Blugolds hit double digits in scoring. Saturday night saw them take down Ohio Northern 67-51.

Next up this Saturday down at Wartburg College for a 2pm tip.

Finally UWSP's roster is updated...one addition that hasn't been talked about already...Former Bay Port standout, Gunnar Decleene, is also playing for the Pointers.  15 total players, still no sign of the 4 players who apparently opted out last season.

Unfortunately, it's not. Point routed in the second half at St Olaf and lose 66-50. No depth in the Point program right now. Mootz apparently is hurt so the bench is extra thin.

Stout takes care of Northland easily and River Falls holds on in the final second of OT to win by 1 at CSS, as CSS missed the 2nd of 3 at the line that could've tied the game.

That UWSP team is brutal, full strength or not.  I expected a rough season, but not this rough.
