According to Wis Hoops Network Just A Game Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells is expanding the owner said "We would like to help enhance the Division III programs in our state," is a WIAC  tourney final four at one location in the making? Basketball, water parks and a casino sounds like a fun weekend.

I've been to volleyball tournaments there.  Its not ready for D3 sports, from what I've seen.  Seating is limited.

Read the article about the expansion.

I have heard that Coach Green is getting a couple of Division 2 transfers from an NSIC school.  If and when I confirm I will pass the information along.

Must not be the venue I've seen.  That one is affiliated with Chula Vista.

You're thinking of the Wisconsin Dells Center which is a big inflatable dome. This is a different place. The Just a Game Fieldhouse is currently just a big open floor with four courts for basketball, but as the article says (had you read it ;)) they are planning on building a 1,700 seat arena connected to it.

1700 seat arena?  That will hold the Pointer fans.  Where is everyone else going to sit?  ;D :D ;)

Looking at the front page of wissports, UWSP's recruiting class gets even stronger.  I've heard someone mention that Austin Ryf committed to UWSP, that was confirmed but also Alex Erickson of Darlington is joining the class at UWSP.  These two were both very highly ranked and sound like very solid additions for the future.

Has anyone heard about the status of the Tillema brothers at UWSP?  Are they planning on coming back or joining the exodus that was last year's team?

Points recruiting class thus far...

Augustana College transfers Trevor Hass (New London) and Micah Parlow (Fox Valley Lutheran)

Incoming Freshman: Tyler Forsythe (Northwestern), Nick Kacala (Kaukauna), Jordan Lutz (Amherst), Alex Richard (River Valley), Joe Ritchay (Wisconsin Rapids) and Nate Van Handel (Appleton North), Austin Ryf (Winneconne), Alex Ericksonn (Darlington).

That means according to Wissports, Point has signed:
#31 - Lutz
#32 - Erickson
#35 - Ryf
#42 - Ritchay
#46 - Forsythe
HM - Kacala
HM - Richard
HM - Van Handel

In 2010 Class:
#21 - Haas
HM - Parlow

:o WOW! :o

As far as I know, they're coming back.  DT had a twitter post a few weeks back where he was already dreading fall conditioning... it didn't say WHERE, but the attitudes I've seen seem to point to them both returning.
