Kid from Darlington NOT going to UWSP after all, apparently...

Definitely a hit to Point's recruiting class this season....  As hard as it is to play in the WIAC as a freshman, he had the talent and more importantly, strength to contribute in year number one.

Neary was redshirted last year and does have two years of eligibility remaining.  Randall recruited Neary as a preferred walk-on shortly before he (Randall) left Loyola.  Another Loyola player, Shaun Adams has also transferred to Loyola.  Adams was forced out by the new coach, Porter Moser...Neary was not.  Moser did attempt to keep Neary.  I have not heard why Neary left.  According to some of his Loyola teammates (from Wisconsin), Neary was a force defensively and should have seen a fair amount of playing time this year.

I assume you mean he is transferring from Loyola to St. Leo's??

Noticed both Dan and Tyler Tillema were in photos taken at the Pointer golf outing on Monday.  :) Also heard that a certain tall transfer student may not be at Point this year after all.

Care to remind us who that was supposed to be?  It's been such a long off-season, I can't seem to remember who the transfer was.

Well its either Hass or Parlow. Either way no biggie, Point has enough incoming guys.

I heard Kincaid (from Lacrosse I think) was going to transfer to point, but no longer will.  I am guessing that is the tall transfer you heard about.

Parlow is the taller of the two.

I wasn't expecting any impact from Parlow for Point next year but they sure needed some added size....might see some extremely small lineups out of Point with Brezinski as the only returning big.

Parlow is the taller of the two.
