Good luck to WW as thjey move ion.

Whitworth appreciates your support  ;D

As a WIAC fan, and I guess a Whitewater fan since Point is out, I may rather play Whitworth than VWC, if Whitewater gets by Wheaton.  So yeah, we're supporting WW!

Thanks.... If the roles were reversed, I would support Point.

Can I have your autograph?
Can I have Jason Kalsow's autograph?

I miss the days when I was cool enough to be mentioned on Hoopsville...  :'(  :D

Can I have your autograph?

I could probably arrange that.  Do you want my whole name, Point Special, or is Mr. Special sufficient?

I could probably arrange that too (the autograph, not being mentioned on Hoopsville...  You've gotta save Dave's life these days to get a mention!)

Jason Kalsow totally owes me for all the years I railed on Pat and the d3hoops.com staff for not picking him as the best player of the tournament or the final four or whatever. It was still obvious that he was the most clutch even before the buzzer beater winner. But he doesn't actually owe me, obviously, there are a few people that I still feel like it was a privilege to watch play basketball, and he will always be one of them. But seriously I am not really an autograph sort of person, lol.

Also, I just want to reiterate how bitter I am at you and Tom for not cheering for Wheaton. Where is the love? ??? :P

He got the most outstanding player in year 2.

And... FWIW, I said I hadn't decided yet.  But careful... bitterness does not a Wheaton fan make!   ???  :P  :D

There was a soccer manager, when managing Chelsea of the EPL, name Jose Mourinho, he was the self-procliamed "Special One" and even had his own "show" on FSC.

BW, I was going to come down to Whitewater this weekend to watch the games, but maybe I'll just make an appearance simply to heckle the time-keeper!  :o

April, I have conference loyalty, even if it is Whitewater.  :-\  I'd say sorry, but I'd probably be lying!

If you come be sure to stop by and say hi.  Come early, we might sell out.

Are you serious?  For Friday?  I would find that hard to believe, but if you say so!

Though VWU and Whitworth are a plane flight, Wheaton is close... and if they don't split sessions, then the few who do come from Virginia or Oregon could eat up seats.

And who knows... maybe there's a buzz around campus and more students will show up?

Front page has Whitewater!  I may have to get tix for that!

I'm guessing there will be plenty of tix available.  For Whitewater's two games, the WIAC page has attendence numbers at 628 and 775.  I imagine VWC and Whitworth won't bring in big numbers, but Wheaton could bring a good number of fans.

Last week's attendence numbers were horrible, IMO, for 1st and 2nd round games.  I don't ever think there is "buzz" on the UWW campus.  Granted, last weekend was the 1st weekend of games, but I don't think another 1900 will show up on Friday.  Like I said, if I come, I'll be there for the 1st game and I think there will be a lot of walk-up sales prior to the 2nd game.  I could be completely wrong, but history tells me I won't have any problem getting a ticket if I show up for the 1st game.

I would think VWC and Whitworth will bring a minimal number of fans.

Only way Whitworth brings more than 50 folks is if they charter a plane (like they've done in the past for basketball and football). I haven't heard of anything along those lines though. If the views from the video feed last week are any indication, I can't imagine the 1st game being packed, even if every single Wheaton fan shows up at 5:30
