Semling doesn't seem to go more than 8 or 9 deep but this years' team he might be able to afford to...I guess we'll see

Point's Rotation
PG  Ryf/Parker  If Parker isn't ready, Tillema can take minutes here as well
SG  Giordana/Ritchay
SF  Tillema/Hass/Ziemer/Lutz
PF  DeMyers/Studer/Forsythe/Richard
C  Heuer/Van Handel/Patterson/Thorn

The frontcourt is a mystery to me.  There are quite a few options, but they are mostly young so I don't know what to expect or who will emerge.  From what I've read on the newcomers, I'm excited about Studer and DeMyers to get time at the 4.  Forsythe also impressed me with the scrappiness he showed in limited minutes.  I've heard Van Handel has improved so he may be in line for some backup minutes at the 5.  Plain and simple, Point got manhandled last year in the post so to avoid Hass playing the 4 again, they will rely on some young guys...or so I hope.

The Pointers are guard heavy.  Ryf, Gio, Ritchay, Tillema and Hass are getting most of the minutes but I hope to see a few guys emerge.  Somebody I hope to take a step forward would be Lutz, I like his size at the position and seems pretty athletic.  McGann is a highly thought of freshman but I think it'll be another year until he gets any meaningful minutes.

Anybody else, feel free to make up a rotation for your favorite team as you see it for this coming year.

Former UWL coach Stu Engen didn't exactly leave a mark at Northland College. Hired April 23, resigned May 25.

And now Engen finds himself in the middle of controversy as the A.D. at NDSCS...

Didn't see the post about another scholarship player - do you have a name?

Also, where would one find a list of LAX's recruiting class?

If you go back a few pages their are multiple posts about different schools' recruiting classes.
I made a post on the last page about WW's recruiting class.  It was directly from Wissports' own Mark Miller, he listed off four players going to WW who he thought were all scholarship worthy athletes.  Darnell Harris, Miles Chamberlian, Patrick Souter and the guy I know nothing about is Reggie Hearn.

As for LaX's recruiting class that I am impressed with...here is the post

UWL adds some badly needed size to the roster with two transfers and a high school recruit. 6'9 SF Cale Zuiker has transferred from D1 Youngstown State, where he played sparingly as a freshman. The 190 pound Zuiker was named All-state at Marshfield High, and appears to be a bona-fide 3 pt threat. 6'7 PF-C Nick Romanowski has left UWP to join the Eagles, and will be joined by Wayzata MN recruit Chad Potas, who plays both the 4 and 5 slots. The young gentleman is 6'6. I look forward to watching them play for the Eagles.

Ooh. New bleachers and new playing floor paint job at the Kolf Sports Center. Looks nice.

And the cool thing is you'll always be able to read the words on the bleachers since you won't have all those people sitting there like in other gyms. (Kidding, kidding.)

Seriously, it does look really good. Major improvement.

They look structurally sound and don't appear to have huge gaping holes in the upper sections of the bleachers! Definitely an improvement!

We won't have to wait long to check the facility out with Point scheduled for a Dec 5 contest. I won't lose any more soda bottles to the gremlins below the bleachers :P

No gremlins.  That was me, I was thirsty and too cheap to buy a soda.

This is what Zorn Arena looks like when it's full. I know he haven't seen this very often lately.

Oh, it's been a while since I've seen a game there and I guess my memory isn't that good.

Chad Mathwig (6-6) has transferred from Oshkosh to Milwaukee. He averaged 8.8 ppg and 6.0 rpg at Oshkosh.  This is a big loss for Oshkosh, he would have been a big part of their team for the upcoming years.

Condolences to the Halverson and UWL Indians/Eagles families...

Larry Halverson (1973-77) was the school's all-time leading scorer until Tony Mane topped him in 2011...
