On my phone, laptop and computer, the live stats didnt work either.  >:(

For me, live stats did not work until after the first media timeout. At which point I was trying to tally up points on paper, as if it were 1999.

Afterwards, 'the sky was all purple, there people running everywhere'

I did get it to work on my home computer which was odd because generally videos play better on my work computer.  It wasn't the best though.  In addition to the buffering it would skip a second or two on a regular basis so a shot would go up and the next thing you'd see was someone taking the ball out of bounds.  The audio portion was ok so you knew the shot had been made/missed whatever.

Not a bad year for a guy whose screen name has Badgers AND Warhawks in it. Congratulations to the Badgers for going to the Final Four! When you say WISCONSIN...You've said it all!

Even worse, the D-I teams could simply raid the D-III teams for talent, even without a connection like that in place.

Isn't it against NCAA regulations for NCAA schools to recruit athletes that are enrolled at other schools? So, if a transfer would take place the student would have to initiate coversations. Right?

I think we discussed this once on the football boards before.

It's against NCAA regulations for schools to recruit athletes that are enrolled at other schools without a release.

In the case of a scholarship school (D-II and D-I), the school must provide this release. In the case of D-III, students can provide their own release.

And just because it's illegal doesn't mean it wouldn't happen, guys.

Reference the voter fraud by the Democrats in Wisconsin in 2012.  >:( >:(

Miller - DIII Coach of the Year

What? He didn't even win his conference!  ;) ;)

True, but it's hard to argue that there's a better coach in the country at having his team ready to play in the bright lights of the NCAA tournament.

I see the all D3 rambunctious fans who got arrested after last night's championship game made the national news today...
Oh, wait. It was the D1 game, not the thriller between UWW and Williams, that was played last night... Grow up UConn and UK kids...
And get off my lawn!  ;)

I first stuck this on the football page, but remembered Superior doesn't play FB.  Anyone seen this news?

Sounds like a good move especially for those of us who had to travel to a road game at Superior.  Had no idea their enrollment was so far below other WIAC schools.

I'd welcome Superior to the UMAC based on a competitive standpoint.  They're obviously within the geographical footprint of the UMAC, but maybe there are logistical challenges from having an odd number of total teams and an odd number of teams along the big lake, making it hard to play them all in one trip.

Looks like a problem for the WIAC in baseball losing the AQ.  Anyone remember why Eau Claire dropped baseball?
