OS and BW,
Great talking to you both last night.  Yes, BW, it was also nice having Jack in the conversation.  And, yes, he did really want to meet you.  He reads this stuff and has much respect for your posts.  Jack was telling me about his "I didn't say that about the LU kid", and my reaction was, "so what if you did?".  When you recruit you try to convince kids that your place is the best place to be.  If the truth hurts, so be it.  Make your choice, go play, and good luck.  Check his stats against Point.  Maybe, he is trying too hard to convince them that they made a mistake.

Regarding the game, this particular night, the best team won.  They came out with fire in their eyes, shot very well, defended with intensity, and are a very deserving champion.

OS, when gym was remodeled seating was lost.  I think the actual capacity right now is about 2300.

That's what I thought.  Quandt lost a lot of seating too.  I actually like the wooden bleachers over those hard plastic things!  Oh well.  I'm hoping to make either the Whitewater regional or Stout regional...which ever one is closer or more intriguing!  Pat's projections has Carroll in the Great Lakes Regional...even though Whitewater is more "south!"  I would love for Whitewater to be shipped out there so they and Stout at least have a possibility to meet in the Final Four.

Wow... La Crosse, Stout, Whitewater, Lawrence, Wisc Lutheran, and Carroll all made the tournament... 6 Wisconsin teams, that's pretty impressive.  I'm really looking forward to see where the games are because I'm thinking about possibly traveling to see one on Friday night at the very least.
