Badgerwarhawk is my real name so that's pretty easy to keep straight.

Signing checks must be pain.

What's really a pain is how slow the autograph line moves.

Candidate from Geneva (PA) was said to be very impressive at UWRF recently, causing palpitations among Berkhoff backers.

True and people are always asking if it's one word or two.  :D

THe candidate from Geneva is Chad Briscoe and I did also hear that he did a good job....

I do not care if almost anyone other then Jack Bennett or Bo Ryan applied for the job no one is more worthy of the job then Jeff Berkhof...

Lets have a bit of loyalty, the man has paid his dues and has the Falcons moving forward.

Little bored today so I went searching for info on some of the recruits being "signed" up in the conference.  Went to Stout's site and found a bio on a guy named Cory "The Helicopter" Bell and got nervous.  They say he averaged double/double (15/11) at Iowa Lake Comm. College...led the conference in shooting percentage...named all-conference...90 blocked shots...Wow, pretty impressive numbers.  I then went to Iowa Lakes site to check this phenom out for myself.  It seems he played in the first 15 games of the season last year then disappeared from the lineup.  In those 15 games he averaged 8 pts per game...finished 9th in field goal percentage after hoisting up all of 84 shots...had 13 blocks and doesn't appear on the Region XI All Region Team...Maybe I am missing something...but his bio seems a little "fluffed" up.  Can anyone enlighten me about this guy?  According to Stout he would appear to be the second coming of Connie Hawkins but the stats make him sound more like another Ice Reynolds!!

I am not sure but they might be his high school numbers.  This year will be a huge year for Stout's recruting, we need to improve at all positions on the floor.  I know Jerrel E-Matt is a solid guard and Heisler a threat at 15' but depth is key on a team that likes to run.  We have a nice group so far but we need to get more.  Over the summer last year we had some really talented players that did not meet what is required of them in the class room and off the court.  They were good people but this year we need players that will meet those requirements.

It is a privilege to play college basketball not a right, talent is not the only thing a player needs and I would think that we all would agree on that.  It  is a shame not all the players who are talented enough to play don't understand it is more then that.

I found a NFL Draft TE ranking that had Joe Werner listed #33 out of 47.

Interesting.  Probably not high enough to make the league.  Confirms consensus that it is a long shot.

BDshootblocker and I joked with the football coaches here at Stout about playing us in goal-to-go plays.  All we would do is run to the back of the endzone and then the ball would be thown at 10'+ and we would go get it..... if only, we might be in this draft.  ;D
