My dad's not going to allow me to see it until I become the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Here's a nice piece from NCAAsports.com on Coach Eddie Andrist and his quest with the Qatar National team.

I've been reading his blog, too. Added a link to it from the Daily Dose recently.

In Breaking News:

Joey Chestnut topped Kobayashi 66-63 in the Nathan's Famous hot dog eating contest today.

Silver and Bronze of the D3 championship?  Try the mustard yellow championship belt! lol

I wish someone would tell ESPN that gluttony is neither entertainment nor a sport.  :D

Somewhere else in the world a guy set a record by eating 6 lbs of baked beans in a minute.    :o

Marge: Do you want your son to become Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, or a sleazy male stripper?
Homer: Can't he be both, like the late Earl Warren?
Marge: Earl Warren wasn't a stripper!
Homer: *Now* who's being naive?

Mrs. Krabappel: I believe that with persistent discipline, even the poorest student can end up becoming, oh, say, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Homer: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. What great men he would join! John Marshall. Charles Evans Hughes. Warren Burger. Mmmmmm ... burger.

Ahh, Homer. :)

In my old newsroom we used to make any Homer/food reference we could, based off the open-faced club, sand wedge/open-face club sandwich line.

My favorite is Marlins pitcher Sergio Mitre. mmmmm, meat tray ...
