Well, UWW women are not hosting, which pretty much guarantees that the UWW men will host 1st round, or get a bye 1st round and host on Saturday.  In even numbered years, the men have priority to host 1st/2nd round if a school has both their men's and women's teams in a position to host.

The only way they had a chance IMO was if they hosted a thursday night game and then traveled on Saturday, which was a possibility... but that necessitates a possible host for Sat, who is deserving of a first round bye... which really isn't around our area this year.
I didn't really think the Point men had a chance to host anyway.

A 1st round game of Stevens Point vs Chicago, yeesh.

A possible second round game of Whitewater vs St. Thomas? Yeesh...

Could be a short stay in the dance for the WIAC this year, or, if they can get past the very early tests, they could find themselves in the Final Four or better.
