Nova - Regale us with a limerick about STH, MyBleedingHands, therock, etc. so we can put to bed the discussion about Scott Harris vs. the world.  ;)
Hmmm ... where do I begin:

We've thrice spotted real pseudo-Scottie
Yet all boldly type "I'm not he!"
Their names all say say grapplin'
Their fame just says bafflin'!
Is it bleedin' or rockin' or Hottie!?

But wait! What has happened to therock ? After posting for five straight days it seems that he disappeared sometime this past monday evening

He's probably on tour with WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010!  No time for postin'!

FYI:  at 1480 points, Guilford's Clay Henson's on the verge of joining the 1500-point club.  With a great game, he'll get it tonight at home versus Hampden-Sydney, but almost certainly by the end of the weekend.  Good luck, Clay!

76-74, Guilford leads, with 9 seconds to play.  HSC has the ball.  Tigers bring the ball down the court and Turner King takes a shot that gets deflected by Tyler Sanborn.  End of game.

22 points and 16 rebounds for Tyler Sanborn.  17 points for Bonner and 14 for Josh Pittman.

26 points and 7 rebounds for Turner King.  10 points and 7 rebounds for O'Neill, plus 10 points and 6 rebounds for Harrison George.

Very good win for the #1 Quakers.  And a great game for the Tigers, who can clearly play with any team in the nation, even on the other team's court.  As the season goes on, they get better and better.

Algernon did a great job of recapping the action from Ragan-Brown, but it had to be the place to be in the ODAC tonight!  Great crowd, great atmosphere and a great game that went down to the wire.

Kudos to Turner King (he's a great player!) and Harrison George (he'll be ROY - how did he get away to VA!?) and the HSC students, Tiger mascot and TeleTubby who made the trip (when they entered the gym about 10 minutes after tip-off, the atmosphere went up about 4 notches on a scale of 1-10!)  Nice job guys - I respect your enthusiasm!  Good job to the Quaker students as well, but, except for the GC guy in the green shorts, reversed baseball cap and pink shirt, I have to give a slight edge to the Tiger students tonight.  :)

It was the type of night you'd wish for at every DIII game you ever attend!  Go Quakers!

Wish it were easier to get to Guilford on a Wednesday evening, but I really enjoyed seeing the videocast of the game and the crowd was tremendous.

Turner is finishing his career in very solid fashion and I'd put him on the ODAC First Team for the 3rd consecutive year ... for sure!

If you right-click on the picture under my name and choose VIEW IMAGE, you'll see a Tiger team picture with Turner and 4 other members of this year's team as freshmen .... after HSC won the 2007 ODAC Championship in Salem.  Go Quakers Tigers!       :D

King was tremendous.  I had visions nightmares of him hitting a three at the buzzer.  I guess Bonner saw an opening, but he shot way too soon when he left HSC with nine seconds to go - when Guilford got the ball, the shot clock was off.

On another note, Henson's struggled for the second game in a row - going 3/10 and scoring "only" 13 versus RMC and having a terrible 1/14 night and just 5 points versus HSC.  He's being doubled a lot and it's showing.  It's a good thing the other guards are hitting some shots, but I hope Clay can shake this mini-slump really soon!
