Here are four other frontcourts to compare to Randolph-Macon's.  I know that since this is the ODAC thread, most will be homers, but do you all still think they are the best?

Jim-
As of this moment in the time and space continuum, I plan on attending the ODAC Tourney (as we pass through the area on our return from PA and our son's birthday celebration). It would be fun to meet the people that I read and admire. I would be responsible for Scottie's security at the event as well!

Surely that must be a typo! He's already attempted 142 FREE THROWS in 12 games?! That means he averages 11.8 FT attempts a game, and makes 11 FTs a game!

Well, obviously, to date, the stats are better than Wans and Hawley, but other than stats, kind of hard to compare.  I don't know what kind of power rating these schools' conferences have.  For that matter, I don't know how the ODAC really stacks up to other conferences.

If I'm not mistaken, the DIII NCAA tourney has expanded this year, right?  If so, that'll give everyone a chance to check out some of these other schools and conferences.

It's surely not.  Check it out for yourself.

I guess all we need to do is wait to see the pairings and times.

Schedule:

1pm - #1 v. #8
3pm - #4 v. #5

6pm - #2 v. #7
8pm - #3 v. #6

While we're looking at stats, I'll throw these into the mix:

Kaase & Murray      Hampden-Sydney     13-1     29.3  11.0  0.8   .616

While Kaase's game was off on Wednesday, it's notable that HSC's front court pair has one of the highest field goal percentages.

To all that responded:

The frontcourt stats tell part of the story, but one must consider competition as well.  I think the debate boils down to Wansley/Hawley and the guys from Wooster.  These guys play in two of the top 4 or 5 conferences in the country. I know wooster doesnt duck any non-league opponents and I have seen Macon's schedule and it has got to be one of the toughest (non league) in the country.  Therefore, these two tandems, regardless of numbers have to be the two best frontcourt combos in the nation. I would love to see a tourney matchup between them.

Keep Scottie in line...You can now partially understand some of LC's problems!

Those who read this week's Around the Nation were not surprised by this.

OKwe're officially getting carried away here. Isn't Murray listed as a G/F?
I know my Gennies don't have the wins but they have stats between Bienemann & Kusimo 24ppg,12.2 rpg 1.54 bpg &.589 FG%. Now to attack myself this type of stat really means nothing - it is too narrow and in my case obviously hasn't led to many wins.

Whats the situation with Kusimo's foot injury?
