GC is certainly catching HSC at the right time so I don't see that game being very competitive. Going to VWC probably goes in the loss column. LC will be compeitive and SU can be competitive at home. GC should win the two remaining home games. #3 seed certainly within reach.
Guilford's had a baffling habit of not finishing strongly the past few seasons, so I hope they can break that cycle this time.  If the Quakers go 3-3 or better, they have a shot at 18-20 wins, which would be 11-5 to 13-3 in the ODAC.  Third place is doable, but I don't think Guilford's conceding any of the remaining six.

"Scrubs" is on Netflix if you want to play that.

Just curious ... is scrubs still used as a word to describe the guys who rarely gets to play?

I wouldn't use that anyways because it's insulting, but a parent would castrate me if I used that in any on-the-record capacity. The politically correct term is a "reserve" these days.

Of course I would never use "scrubs" in this context in an official capacity, but it's not a pun if you say "Will they let us wear scrubs ... or just play reserves?!"   lol  I grew up in an era when it took a heck of a lot more to be considered an insult ... it made you tougher, but I do acknowledge the overly-sensitive politically correct age in which we live.  Sigh.

Wish I could make the trip to HSC tomorrow night, but it's just too much on a week night ... besides, I'll be out of the country!  If the Quakers and the Tigers ever play on a weekend in Farmville, I'll make the trip.  Hope things can get back to normal in Farmville ... I know it's been very disruptive from both the academic and the athletic sides.  I'll check the score tomorrow night.

I was a scrub on my college soccer team and was proud to be called that. We made sure the starters and regulars worked hard in practice and we took pride when we went in the game when it wasn't well in hand. We used that nickname within the team and we were fine with it. The problem I have seen/heard is when it is used by others to try and demean student-athletes. If they, within their team, are using it because that is how they describe themselves - fine. Don't let others use the word to try and belittle others.

I will never use the "S" word again unless, of course, one of my fellow S-men and I are kidding around.  :)

It will be interesting to see how the H-SC players respond tomorrow night.  Eight or nine players were down for the week.  They have not been able to practice as everyone went home ???  We will see!!

We weren't able to practice because the health department shut down everything on campus, including all athletic practices and games through Tuesay, not because everyone went home. Although we did get one practice in last night, our first since last Tuesday.
