Should be an interesting and competitive ODAC tournament.  As to NCAAs, I think HSC needs one win and GC needs to make it to championship game and hope they're playing RMC.

With HSC losing to Washington and Lee last night they may need to win 2.  RMC can lose out early and still make the tourney.  I think Guilford can win 1 game and get in, their worst loss has been to a good NC Wesleyan team.

RC has to win the championship unfortunately and we have a tough round 1 match up against a Washington and Lee team that can be very good at times.  This will be a good ODAC tourney but RMC is definitely the favorite to win by a wide margin.
H-SC was 11th in the NCAA top-16 seeds and the #2 seed in the region. As long as they don't lose to the #7/#10 seed, they are good. THey only have one bad loss on their resume, which was the first game of the season, and quite a few good wins, three of which will be teams they will be competing against for a Pool C bid should none of them be Pool As.

Emory.
The same Emory that's lost 4 of their last five games?  I agree that the GC win in November looked like a very 'good' win then, but not so sure about today.

They were ranked 5th in the region

Thought someone would call me on that, +1 to you.  Didn't think Emory should be above GC last week, and with a good game against RMC and another loss for Emory, I've got to think GC is above Emory this week.  I'm pulling for GC to make it to the ODAC final, hopefully against my Jackets.  If they do, I got to think they're in the NCAAs.

Admit it, Macon fans, you were biting your nails in the 2nd half of both games versus GC.  :)

ABSOLUTELY HASA! Your boys SCARE ME! To be honest, I would rather have lost to you last Saturday than in the ODAC finals! Would have looked better to the powers that be...Now we just have to keep grinding.... Pressure mounts as we get closer....Tournament looks like a barn burner! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!! It's a NEW SEASON if you keep winning!

RMC and GC may or may not meet again, but there's a basketball axiom that it's hard to beat a good team 3 times in one season.  Let the games begin!

The first game was a nailbiter from start to finish. The largest lead by either team was seven points. Saturday's game was a different story. Given R-MC's 17 point halftime lead, the nail biting didn't start until about five minutes into the second half.

And GC had the 7 point lead.  :(
