I am making a change to my pick'ems and changing my LC v. Westminster pick to Westminster. I VERY reliable source questioned my Hornet pick and after much much serious thought (maybe 4-8 seconds) I realized how right this "inside source" was.    How can you possibly achieve your goal of 20+ straight losing seasons if you win your opener. What was I thinking?

EMU scrimmaged DII Davis and Elkins out of the WVIAC.. EMU came out very slow and lathargic.. they were walking thru the first 12mins of the game only scoring 6 or 8 pts.. they finally woke up and beat the not so good DII team 70-67 over all..... They looked okay at times but at other times looked dead....they better wake up before this weekend.. Sager played great along with Yanni El.. Jared Lyons the pt. guard was the stand out.. he played awesome. he was handing out no look passes and burrying 3 pointers.. ..hopefully he will keep playing well.
