Please extend my congratulations to them!

My parents are approaching their 68th! :o  (Both now over 90, but I'm fully expecting 70, and hoping for 75.)

ODACHOOPS

If you were present, listened to or watched the hsc rmc game via webcast tonight I'm sure you all are on board with this statement "Justin Short just LOCKED UP the POY honors."  The race is officially over, short scored 18 pts in the final 7 minutes to carrrrry rmc to victory.  He showed in the final 7 min why is should and will win the award

The race is far from being "officially" over.  He had a great game, but he didn't lock it up.  All the games count, not just one.  Besides, he's still 2nd in scoring and RMC may still finish as the 2nd seed.  Meanwhile, enjoy today's big victory and Short's great game.  Congratulations to RMC and Justin Short!

That's great!  I couldn't listen and just saw the score when I got home.

RMC has their regular season in the bank at 20-5, 14-2.  GC's at 20-4, 13-2 with a home game versus Randolph on Saturday.  RMC has a six-game winning streak and GC's is now seven.  It's simple, if GC trips versus Randolph, the Yellow Jackets are the champ.  If Guilford prevails, however, they both finish 14-2 and Guilford has the head-to-head tie-breaker for the #1 seed.

Terrific games for Sanborn 22/17 (plus 3 blocks) and Bonner 19.  Henson's 15 leaves him at 995 for his career and still holding the ODAC ppg lead over Short, 19.6 to 19.2.  Short's up 481 points to 470 with one more game played.  Henson needs 12 or more versus Randolph to maintain the ODAC scoring title.

With their 20th victory, Guilford now has 3-straight 20-win campaigns (24, 24, 20) for the first time in the school's 104 years of intercollegiate men's basketball.  Nice!
