Salisbury got it going again with 2 more 3 pointers - now about 14 for 17!!!

60-55 with 3:43 to go - 22-6 run for HSC but time running

RealtorGuy

Jessee just had 3 foul shots so 60-58 and Mudd stole inbound - 3:08 to play

RealtorGuy

62-60 with 2:03 to play - ball out by Salisbury - HSC has made a great comeback - 27-8 run

RealtorGuy

64-60 with 1:20 to go - Salisbury has ball -

RealtorGuy

Time run out - 68-62 :-[    HSC made good run but got down too much - now 4-2

RealtorGuy

How it happened (68-62) - Salisbury was 68% from the 3 point range  - 15 for 22 - only one foul shot

HSC was 38% from 3 point -Jessee had 12 points but was 3 for 15 and King had only 10 points - Salisbury's best scorer had 27 points with 7 for 8 from 3 point.

Game delayed almost 1 hour as first game was double OT - might have had impact

Gennies bounce back!!! 61-58 victory over Averett!!  5-2 with should be two more comin over the next few games! Lets go fellas!!!!

What I thought would be a re-building year, has started out well. Keep it up Gennies. Very nice to have Andrew Payne back.

Yeah, I think many did.  But the foundation is there you know.  Hutch has done an excellent job of recruiting and hiring the right assistant for the job.  Thats of utter importance as Im sure he learned at Stevens and CWRU.  The kids seem to really enjoy playing for him and its great!  They'll finish no lower than....DRUMROLL PLEASE.....4th in the league at the end of the regular season.  Gutsy prediction, but I think they can do it.

Make no mistake, I like watching RMC play, but number 6 in DIII I think not. Having three teams in the top 25 sits well for the ODAC, but as I said  two weeks ago give us these rankings in late Jan. or early Feb.

Wondering if some of the optimism about Macon is due to our new coach, R-MC basketball alum, Nathan Davis?  Surely there are voters around D-III who know his background with Colgate and Navy.  He surely has hit the ground running in Ashland... way to go, Coach Davis!

We're very excited about THIS team and we've seen a LOT of R-MC basketball in the past.  Better yet, this team is excited about its future and that's a great thing to see during a major coaching transition.

It's great for the ODAC to have so many competitive teams!

GO JACKETS!!!!!

2RMCFANS   I couldn't agree more!! ODAC is a great conference. I hope that EMU can keep winning and crack the top 25!!!     GO ODAC, EMU

Hasa - keep us posted on the GC vs UNC JV game on Saturday. It's on the UNC schedule- the GC site doesn't show me  schedule
If you make every game a life and death proposition, you're going to have problems. For one thing, you'll be dead a lot. Dean Smith

Tigers are ahead of Guilford at the half, 38-30.  There's still 20 minutes left, but it's nice to go into the locker room with an 8-point lead.

Randolph leads cross-town Lynchburg at the half, 37-30.

Randolph lost by 15 to Lynchburg at home and Guilford comes back and beat Hampden Sydney, this is a crazy year in the ODAC but im loving it
