Come on Jackets! Kick some butt on saturday and take names on the way out of town. Start playing some DEFENSE and take em one game at a time.

Just wanna send another shout-out for EMU basketball, classic example of doing it the right way!

Kudos to the Coaching Staff for bringing in quality young men.

EMU on the Nat'l map, who would of thought that several years ago?

Mr. Ypsi

With Linfield loseing last night and MIT losing this afternoon, EMU achieves the distinction of being the last remaining team undefeated against d3 opponents.

Jackets survive against Randolph 54-48........not a very good game for us, but credit to Randolph for playing us tough.....Don't think I'd wanna be at practice  in Crenshaw tomorrow.... :P

Tigers win by 7 points in Fleet Gymnasium over W&L, 73-66.

Randolph-Macon visits Randolph and wins, 54-48.
Lynchburg defeats Emory & Henry in Emory, 96-91.
Virginia Wesleyan hosts Roanoke and wins 77-63.

No surprises in today's games.  Tiger's take sole possession of 5th place and will keep it at the end of the day unless Bridgewater pulls off a huge upset against the Runnin' Royals this evening.

With most ODAC teams having about 7 conference games remaining before the tournament, one measure of which team has got the toughest schedule remaining might be the number of games against the top 4 teams of EMU, Guilford, RMC, and VWC.  So this is the number of games remaining against the top 4 teams for those teams in the middle of the pack who I think will end up seeded #5 to #10 for the tournament:

Hampden-Sydney – 4 games left (EMU, Guilford, RMC, VWC)
Lynchburg – 4 games (EMU, Guilford, RMC, VWC)
Bridgewater – 3 games (EMU, RMC, VWC)
Randolph – 2 games (Guilford, VWC)
Roanoke – 3 games (EMU, Guilford, RMC)
Washington and Lee– 4 games (EMU, Guilford, 2 games against RMC)
