2RMC,
I will be at tomorrow's game at 7pm.  Hopefully it will be RMC vs Albright. as my niece is a cheerleader at Albright.

Four hours and 20 minutes until tip-off in Greensboro.  AIS at 6 pm!  I'm looking forward to both games tonight!

Who and how is it determined which teams play in the earlier games and which play in the later games for the 1st round?

I may be wrong, however, I believe it is up to the host team's descretion as to which start time they prefer.  NCAA would prefer to see the host team in the second game, but last year it wasn't mandatory.   Pat or someone may provide the correct explaination if i'm incorrect.

Can't wait to see how my sqaud matches up with a great ODAC squad!!  GO OSPREYS!! ;)

I may be wrong, but I thought the host team had to play the late game.  EMU, GC, Stevens Point, William Patterson and Wash U are all playing the late games so I think i am right. :o  I'm too lazy to check all of them!

In every other tournament, the higher seed plays the earlier game. I just thought the host schools, who usually carry the expectation of winning their pods, would play first and therefore have a few more hours of rest before the second round game. I can understand why the NCAA would want the host team to play the late game though. The University Commons is sold out for the EMU-Centre game. They will be selling standing room only tickets beginning at approx. 7:30. Good luck ODAC!

Hold up a sign so I know it's you.  I'll be watching video streaming from the Philippines.  I wish I could be there, though.
