Sunday's RMC/GC game will be huge for the ODAC standings.  RMC will be looking for revenge, having played poorly and losing in Greensboro.  RMC has improved greatly since that game, as I'm sure GC has too, it'll be a tough game.  These two schools, along with VWC and HSC, are pulling away from the rest of the pack.  With a win, RMC might sneek into the Top 25 (currently at 30).
VWC, HSC, and RMC near or at the top of the ODAC. Has a familiar historical ring to it doesn't it??
The ODAC tournament this year should be great!

I noticed GC was omitted in your short list, so I'm not sure how much history you're considering.  Including 2011-12, the Quakers are 134-34 (0.792) in the last six seasons ... not too bad!  :)

I like it!  Just annex Guilford County.  With as many VaTech bumper stickers as I see around town, I think you'd get the votes!  I was born and raised in Patrick County, so you'd get my vote.  :)

How about the ODAF?  Old Dominion and Friends.  lol

Won't be there myself, but have fun!  I do believe the Jackets are ready for this game, should be a good one!

I'm also assuming that RMC students leave today for J-term break, so not much home court advantage for Sunday.  So, 1982, you and the SAEs alums need to pick up the slack. 8-)

Yeah, but to get Guilford Co. they'd have to take Rockingham Co. too, and I think Virginia already has one of those.

As noted above, J-Term break started yesterday so the Crenshaw crowd should be pretty even between Jackets' & Quakers' fans.  hasanova, if you are here-- we'd love to meet you so tell us how to find you in the crowd.

As for Jackets' faithful --we hope to see all of you at the game.  Should be a good one!

GO JACKETS!!!

Well, the USA made Alaska a state without absorbing British Columbia or the Yukon Territory - maybe the same strategy could apply!  lol

Thanks, 2RMCfans, but I think it's very doubtful I'll make the trip.  I have a report due at work Monday and I'm writing notes for a statistics class I'm teaching on Feb. 3 - I just don't think I can squeeze it all in if I'm on the road that much time tomorrow.  I hope it's a great game!  Depending on how VWC and HSC also do today, it could really shake-up the top four.

donho

Nova, VWC is a none league game. However HSC sure could pick up a big L today.

Guilford isn't a historical ODAC contender. Their first ODAC Championship appearance wasn't until 2008. Those other three teams were contenders long before Guilford ever was. Heck, H-SC had won 10 ODAC titles before Guilford even went to a title game!
