Interesting game in Atlanta, GA on Dec. 30th against Emory University as well... maybe Macedo is using this trip to get the guys used to the city of Atlanta  8-)

H-SC made a great move this week in hiring Tyler Sanborn - former Guilford player and 2010 NCAA D-III player of the year as an assistant coach.

Interesting move.  Tyler's been playing professionally in Europe the past two seasons.  Good luck, Tyler - just don't beat the Quakers.  lol

Gotta go with paycheck over alumni relations.
If you make every game a life and death proposition, you're going to have problems. For one thing, you'll be dead a lot. Dean Smith

Yeah, I know.  Nice release from HSC, but Tyler averaged 19.8 ppg his senior season instead of 11.8.  :)

The sentence in the press release is not terribly well-written, but it appears that the release is saying that 11.8 was Sanborn's career ppg, which isn't so high because it is weighted down by the 2.9 ppg he scored in the 28 games of his freshman year and the 6.8 ppg he scored during his sophomore year.  As we all know, in his first two years, Sanborn came off the bench and got limited playing time, since the Quakers had a very Strong starting center.

Early predictions for ODAC b'ball next season ????

Can anyone challenge the top four VWC, RMC, HSC & GC ?

I'm bored and looking for some conversation.

Does anyone trhink ODAC shoulds play home and away against all schools or keep it the way it currently is ?

More fair come tourney seeding for all to play each other twice, my opinion.
Really late answering this but I think HSC and VWC are the top 2 by far but I won't be suprised if someone else can step up, I think this is going to be a year were I think almost everyone is going to beat everyone.

For the second question I think that they should keep it the way it is, creates more intense rivalrys

Thanks for the clarification, algernon.  I had read the article as though it was talking about his Senior year - my mistake.  I watched Tyler's growth as a player all four years and it was phenomenal.  And you are absolutely correct - he got limited playing time his first two years because of Ben, but what a schooling he got in practice!
