Dave McHugh broke the news on Twitter - Clay Nunley going to Roanoke.
Kind of unusual to change Head Coaching jobs in the same conference, but I have to think Roanoke is a step up in pay and ability to recruit ... although I have to say Coach Nunley did a heck of a job at Randolph.  The recruiting at Randolph will get better when the college upgrades its gym.

don't count on many facility upgrades at Randolph, but are correct, Nunley is one of the best coaches in the odac.
I'd have to say that he'll have Roanoke in the mix most every year.

There have been several coaches in the ODAC who have playfully and completely with their tongue squarely in their cheek who wish Nunley would find a job out of the conference. Ha. He loves this region. LOL

Well Josh Freund following Clay Nunley to Roanoke. Two of the Randolph commits also flipping to Roanoke and another picked Roanoke after he had been choosing between Roanoke and Randolph. Ouch!

Huntingdon hires Guilford Associate Head Coach Caleb Kimbrough as Associate Head Coach and to replace Mike Pugh as Head Coach when he retires at the end of the 2017 season. Looking forward to seeing what he can do with the program.

Caleb Kimbrough was a great player for the Quakers from 2004-08 and a terrific assistant in the ODAC (2009-10 at W&L and 2010-2016 at Guilford).  I predict he will do a wonderful job for the Hawks ... he'll be greatly missed at Guilford!  Oh yeah, he spent a year traveling the globe in 2008-09 playing for the Washington Generals ... the longtime "foe" of the Harlem Globetrotters.

Hearing that a few key players have transfered out of H-SC, can anyone confirm this?

I can only confirm that I saw that Andrew Evans is transferring to UNC-P.

This is correct. He transferred for financial reasons. Gray Cheers transferred to be closer to home and H-SC doesn't offer the major that he has decided to pursue. Unfortunate, but that's how it goes sometimes.

Mr.  Evans will be missed for sure. I thought he was the best player on the team.

Cool article on life recruiting in the ODAC...

The worst part about them AAU event packages is often times the rosters aren't even accurate. Several hundred dollars for what is often a piece of trash, essentially.

Article mentioning EMU recruiting class.  Coach Dean thinks he will be the only coach in the country with two sets of twins!
