Several big games tonight that could shake up the ODAC standings:  Roanoke at Guilford, Lynchburg at E&H, BC at VWU and W&L at EMU, among others.

In the Roanoke/GC game, someone will get a 2nd ODAC loss and in the W&L/EMU game, someone will get a 3rd.

Early predictions I got GC winning a tight one over RC

W and L beats EMU

BC losing at VWU

Lynchburg losing to E and H in a very close game

Thank you, tfa2.  The RMC game was very tense and a huge win.   I know HSC is a bit down at the moment, but I always fear a game with the Tigers.  I honestly think the Quakers are starting to gel and expect a strong finish to the season.

Shenandoah is competitive in a lot of sports but Men's Basketball isn't one of them....plus coming off of a loss to the Quakers the Jackets were 😋 HUNGRY!

Roanoke 72, Guilford 65

The Maroons simply shot better.

It was a good game.  This was the best I've seen Roanoke play all season by far.  Guilford did a good job taking away Freud, but Roanoke's guards stepped up and hit some tough shots.  Hopefully Roanoke can keep the momentum going against EMU on Saturday.

Halftime Guilford 31, Randolph 20

Since I was a little worried about driving to Lynchburg due to the inclement weather forecast for central Virginia, I planned my afternoon around watching online.  Too bad the video feed from Randolph appears to have technical issues.  Hopefully, it will be up for the second half.

Final  Guilford 60, Randolph 51

Video was up in the 2nd half.  Neither team shot well, but GC finished stronger than RaC.  The Quakers improve to 11-5, 5-2 and the WildCats drop to 6-10, 1-6.  Guilford visits Ferrum Wednesday at 7 pm.

Roanoke beat EMU yesterday in a tight game 67-63.  In other news around the ODAC yesterday:

Shenandoah won at Ferrum 81-67

Washington and Lee wins at Hampden Sydney 91-65

Emoy and Henry wins big at Bridgewater 78-56

Virginia Wesleyan loses in a close game at Lyncburg 66-68
