Scottie, I would add Caleb Kimbrough (Guilford) to you list, on the first or maybe second team.  Also, I think Femi may go higher.

You'll notice though that I don't have the brains or guts to produce my own list yet.

oh i certainly was torn over adding caleb! there were some touch decisions to make though

should be an interesting year for randolph college basketball. no one over 6'3" on a 10-man roster.

Thanks for that touching poem, hasanonva! Its about the most emotional range I've ever seen packed into a limerick.

You're welcome, sludge, and thanks for the compliment.  Sometimes we amateurs get lucky.  :)  It's good to hear from you.  I'm looking forward to seeing you and muckraker at the games this winter.  Are you going to make any of the remaining football games?  I will not be able to attend on the 20th, but should be there on the 27th and Nov. 10.

VWC has put up their roster, minus the first year players: http://www.vwc.edu/athletics/mbasketball/roster/0708roster.php

It looks like just about everyone that could return has returned.

LC's first eyar of basketball was 1908, so I guess this is the 100th year of basketball at LC.

EMU has released their roster. 12 freshman and 10 returners dot Kirby Dean's huge roster. Noticeably missing is Yanni El DeJesus

E&H now has numbers for its freshman http://www.ehc.edu/cgi-bin/MySQLdb?VIEW=/athletics/roster/view.txt&teamid=5

oh wow, surprised they cut as many returners as they did, but it looks like they are still returning everyone that was probably expected to contribute, other than ari paschal. looks like wasiluk is putting in some late hours tonight, i check around 6ish pm and it was still the same as this morning!

any word on rather david carlson is playing for macon or if dominic trawick is playing for bridgewater this year? i know there was some talk about trawick transferring and just recently carlson not playing...

VWC: Interesting. Missing from last year's roster are Stephen Coy, Tory Green, Zac Green, TJ Williams, and Tony Alexander. New adds are supposed to be Darren Potts(Kellam), Everett Banks(Portsmouth Christian), and Jabez Wallace(Trinity Episcopal). Anybody know why Ari did not return?

only 3 newbies?

STH - No, those are the only ones I know about and maybe they aren't even considerations any longer! That was last summer I heard about them. We'll have to wait and see who survives Dave Macedo's early practices.

i thought that 11 players (8 returners and 3 newbies you mentioned) sounded a bit slim
