Robinson= overrated
Kizel= overrated

This "is kizel elite?" debate is as contentious as the "is joe flacco elite?" debate.

Toomey= the GOAT!!!
Rather than give you -K, I think we'd rather know your line of thinking for making these Robinson/Kizel/Toomey statements.  Can you explain?

Well, in my opinion, kizel is like Jamal Crawford on the Knicks a couple years back. Sure he puts up pretty good numbers, but his team isn't winning; in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king, and in midd, kizel is that guy. Toomey, however, is on his way to his second final four in as many years and has way better numbers. Nuff said.

Bad traffic on 66 in DC.

See you guys tonight. Fred out

Will alcohol be served at the game? Thx

Well his team won a whole bunch before this year - due in large part to his play - the caliber of which he brought once more this year.   Midd was down this year for a variety of problems, including one that we all thought would hurt Amherst this year, and we all think (with even more confidence now) will hurt them next year - the graduation of a keystone class.

Toomey was able to do what he did this year because the two other (starting) seniors developed the way they did: he had the support of a breakout Tom Killian and a much-improved Kalema.  It's not as if Toomey's been providing 20/6 every night with a poor supporting cast.  Kizel, on the other hand, played with a supporting cast that, while definitely not "poor," was not as nasty as Toomey's.

Kizel lives in the land of the Paranoid King (as opposed to the Blind one) - yes, I'm paranoid, but am I paranoid enough?: Yes, I score, but do I score enough?  Yes, I lead, but do I lead enough?

Fred, when you get back to us, please explain Duncan Robinson being over rated.  What did he NOT do that left you underwhelmed?

Hello NESCAC message board, we've been readers of the board for a while now. We have started a new NESCAC wide blog for basketball,baseball, and football. All of us have contributed to PantherNation at points this year and wanted to continue what Jeff and Damon started. Wanted to send a link to a preview for tonight that we wrote for the Williams-Amherst game. We might not be at the level of PantherNation quite yet, but we hope you find us to be adequate substitutes going forward. Please look around the site and give us any feedback that you have. We weren't planning on posting anything basketball related until next year, but a Williams and Amherst meeting in the Final Four is too good to pass up. We will start posting a lot more on here and other message boards going forward. Also, please don't expect any feature length documentaries; Road to Salem is almost impossible to match. Nice to meet you all!

IWU up one over Whitewater at the half.
Both teams playing well below their potential.
Highly suggest watching the 2nd half.

With Whitewater up 9 over IWU early in the 2nd, I'm a bit bummed.  All season I've wanted our best to meet the CCIW's best.
And now, I can't believe this......Go Titans!

Whitewater.
And the NESCAC survivor.

Toomey's 3rd won't keep him out too long.  The LJs can't afford to play without him when behind.

some very disappointing foul calls
