No surprise with moving the game.  Based on the forecast, hard to see how Amherst will be able to get to Midd on Saturday morning, or Trinity to Williams, either ...

Old Guy

Midd-Trinity on Sunday. Midd-Amherst, if played, will be at night.

Big weekend, especially at the top of the standings, but seedings and tourney-qualifying at stake too for other teams. The plot thickens.

The Bowdoin College basketball teams have announced schedule changes due to the impending winter storm scheduled to hit New England on Friday and Saturday.

Friday's games have been moved to Sunday and game times have been adjusted.

Bowdoin will play at Connecticut College on Saturday with the men scheduled for a 5:00 p.m. start and women slated for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off. The Polar bears will play at Wesleyan on Sunday with the men starting at 2:00 p.m. and the women scheduled for 4:00 p.m.

Strange "change".   I know you guys are th Polar Bears and not afraid of a little weather, but...............

New London is currently forecast to receive between 16 and 26 inches of snow and deal with 60+ mph winds - wrapping up late Sat afternoon - may make that bus ride pretty tough?

They're getting the sleds ready for boarding on Saturday morning in Brunswick.
Should be a fun trip!

Williams just announced that the Trinity game has been moved to Tuesday:

I assume the other NESCAC Saturday games will be moved as well?

Sunday vs. Amherst is still on ...

Bucket

Yep, they are all being moved. The NESCAC wanted to avoid a scenario where some teams had to play back to back and others didn't.

Here's Midd's announcement of Saturday's Amherst game being moved to Tuesday:

Whoa, fancy redesign. Maybe we can remove the poll now.

Are these games @ Wesleyan and Conn College even getting played??  I still think there's a ban on the roads here in Connecticut.
