At the risk of no one caring at all, I thought this was interesting.

Dave
Have they announced all the host teams for next weekend? Will it be posted on the front page when they do?

Dave 'd-mac' McHugh

They have announced them: UWSP, UST, VWC, Williams, UMHB, Whitworth, Alvernia, RIC, Amherst, WPI, Wooster, OWU, Wash, NCC, Roch, Cortland. Will post them when we can on the front page... going to be a little delayed.

Massey ratings predictions/spreads:

Midd +8 at Cortland. 79% chance of Cortland victory
Amherst -10.5 vs. Plattsburgh St. 85% chance of Amherst victory
Williams -2 vs. Catholic. 58% chance of Williams victory.

middhoops

Midd has a 21% against Cortland?
That sounds awfully severe.

At risk of offending the number geeks, the last time Middlebury lost a game by eight points—against any opponent on any court—was when Jake, Nolan, and Peter were freshmen.

I agree. Not really sure how the massey thing works. But that's what it says.

Lefrak - not sure how to do the Massey thing - I am certain Randolph Macon would be a big fave over WPI - could you "calculate" for me?

As a reward - take a few minutes to watch this - it is very "NESCAC" - my nephew plays at Dickinson - they had a n organized and delayed court storning last night after their victory - they are getting some pub out of it......

WPI....check the "CAC" WBB board on the Massy process....may have to go back a page or two...look for SUMFUN....while awaiting LeFraken.

Bucket....Geek/nerd people......maybe it is all done by machines feld data by other machines?

Those percentages are based on a neutral-site matchup, whereas lefrakenstein adjusted for Cortland's home court.
