I meant to say broken wrist or arm, not hand, with respect to Harris' injury.

When you think of past dominant big men in the nescac, your first thought is Jamie Snyder-Faire, but after that its Craig Erling Coupe.

Open question: where's the best place to play in the NESCAC (ie fans, facilities, etc)

No research needed.  I've had the pleasure of playing alongside the "Big Dog," and I can honestly say that nobody can take over a game quite like he can.

Possibly the best name change of all time.

JSF would probably own you in any game/sport/competition ever created, and even some that haven't been thought up yet.

Gonna be a tough trip for Amherst this weekend.  Midd has proven they can't be overlooked or underestimated, and playing in Williamstown is never easy, especially when the ephs have something to prove.  Good luck boys, wish I could be there.  Just know that I'm in a better place, where the weather is warm and pirates roam the streets.

Amherst -8.0 @ Middlebury
Amherst -10.5 @ Williams

I`m picking Trinitry over Williams . Martin neautralizes  JG . Where Trinity has an edge I think is Tayler & Rowe over Synder & Schultz at wings . Williams has an edge at point with Shalvoy but if the NESCAC player of the week shoots lights out like last week vs Tufts it will be a good matchup . It should be a good game . Williams is not a consistant team . We`ll see .
Tufts Bates on Sat ? should be another good matchup . O`keefe is back for Tufts & Bates has been playing well . I knon Wholly has been playing well . Who else does Bates have who`s tough?

Williams over Trinity 65-48. Williams led 30-21 at the half and pulled away in the last 10  minutes.

Bowdoin over Conn College, 68-56.

Williams had balanced scoring, getting 15 each from Shalvoy and Rose (plus 7 rebounds), 10 from Snyder, 9 from Geoghegan.  Rose found his stroke in this game, going 6-10 from the field while Shalvoy struggled a bit (6-14, only 2-8 on 3's), as did Snyder (3-10, but 3-5 on 3's).  Good to see Williams frosh Troy Whittingham return to floor tonight and play 10 minutes, while fellow frosh Harlan Dodson played 13 minutes and had 8 rebounds. Trinity was led by Taylor (14 pts, 13 rebounds) and Martin (12 & 7). Trinity didn't shoot many 3's and didn't shoot them well.
