To say Messiah had a great run would not pay tribute to the players and coaches who made this season happen. Representing thier conference in the final had true fans routing for them no matter what team they routed for all season.

Yes, congratulations to HPU, but to Messiah as well for making the MAC proud!  You should all be very happy with your season's accomplishments  - the Championship game for D3 is very Cool!  We should all be "shooting" for that goal!  Happy Easter!

Thanks for keeping us all "posted", Old Ends!  How about that Old Dominion - UVA game last night?  Who says a short girl, 5' 2" can't play b'ball?  Nothing but net to give ODU the win with a three pointer that hardly touched the net!  She commented after the game when asked how tall she "really was" - "I'm 5' l0", & at that moment, she probably felt a lot taller!  GO RUTGER'S - BEAT EVERYBODY!!! (No, i'm really not pulling for ODU , just a remarkably cool play for them in O.T.)

I just read the article.  It's great hearing about student athletes like them.  At HPU our women normally form a large circle after the game, invite the other team, and say "The Lord's Prayer".  I always enjoy that moment after the game. 

Congrats to Messiah on a great year and definitely congrats to a great group of women who represented themselves, their families, and their school very well.
