Sorry for the double here, but Congrats to Lebanon Valley - knocking off Messiah tonight!  Warren, i told you that Sarah Colton was a great "get" for LVC!  Again, kudos to my Aggies for their performance tonight!

As requested the playoff matrix.

Halfway point of the season is on Saturday.  Check out the playoff matrix to see where your favorite team stands heading into the final few weeks of the regular season.

Thanks for posting the matrix, BJ - we certainly have one tight conference - actually six teams within striking distance.  It should make for an exciting finish for the league in this next month.

We've officially reached the halfway point and with all the Freedom teams getting a much deserved break this Wednesday from league play feel free to look over the playoff matrix and offer your second half of the season predictions.

Here it is:

Of course every game from here on is VERY important, but this Saturday, in particular, DVC plays Misericordia, at home.  We're tie with them for 2nd place in the MAC Freedom.  Once again, we hope to see the place PACKED for that game that starts at 1 pm!

D3sports will broadcast tonight's showdown between No. 6 Scranton and No. 15 Messiah.  You can find the audio link off the front page later or the scoreboard now, if you're impatient. :)

Thanks for the links.

Just noticed 6 PA teams in the top 25. Not to shabby. :)

Congratulations to Kim Vennera, Del Val guard, named Freedom Conference Player of the Week!

Aggies 84/Misericordia 66 - gotta go check the D3 scoreboard - what a GAME!!!

kate

Two BIG games coming up Wednesday night, DeSale's travels to No. One Manhattanville, and FDU comes to No.2, Del Val!  Hopefully the weather's good so we can PACK the house at James Work Memorial Gym!  GO Aggies!!!

kate

Safe travels to the games tonight for everyone going to them.  Sure hope Saturday's forecast is very WRONG - we've had enough.  Del Val's game this evening with FDU should be a good one - the Aggies lost earlier to you guys at your place, so let's see what we can do tonight, DVC!

kate

After beating FDU 84/59 tonight, we're tie with Manhattanville for first place in the Freedom - AM i HAPPY???  What do you ALL think????  :D  Congratulations Aggies - keep up that intensity!

kate

P.S., make that 81/54 - we still have DeSale's at Center Valley on Sat., and Manhattanville in Purchase on the l6th  so i can't get too excited just yet, but that tie looks very nice for tonight, that's for sure.

According to the DeSale's web site, the Aggie/Bulldog Women's & Men's Doubleheader scheduled for 1 pm & 3pm, has been re-scheduled to 6 pm & 8 pm tomorrow evening.  Just sincerely hope that there's not too much snow to facilitate a third rescheduling.  UGH!

Del Val Sport's Information Director, Matt Levy, has the previous announcement on the Aggie site as well.
