Eastern University has their 2014/15 roster on their site.  Missing still are DeSales, Manhattanville and Misericordia.

kate

DeSales has their new roster up, and DelVal was picked to finish third in the Pre-Season MAC Freedom poll!  We'll see what this year brings - can not wait!

kate

Misericordia's 2014/15 roster is up!  Where's Manhattanville???

Just too funny, Ronk!  Hope Scranton has a good and injury free season with the new coach!  We're missing DelVal's opening tourney on Saturday for the first time in I can't remember how long.  It's at Marymount, and driving in that area is just too much.  Also, night games and the metro is two blocks away.  Again, enjoy your season!

  Kate,
Thanks again for tracking new roster announcements. Hard to believe 3 years has gone by since we took in Scranton and Del Val were at the Gwynedd-Mercy tourney(Brenda Coll's FR year).

kate

Good morning Ronk!  It was our pleasure to meet you three years ago at GMU!  This past weekend was our first missed opening tourney in years, however, with all systems go (we hope), we'll hit that home opener tonight!  They play Rowan at 6 pm.  Their record at this moment is 1 and 1.  Sometime over the weekend, Manhattanville posted their 2014/15 roster - 17 players, 7 Freshmen.

Kate:
Are you ok???
No Kate posts of go DVC etc. etc. in almost 3 weeks.
The silence is deafening.

Awww, very kind of you to notice, Saratoga!  Del Val, unlike your Lady Royals, has had a shaky start at 2 and five.  What hurts the most are the two league losses right out of the gate.  Now, it's non-league games until January 14 so hopefully they'll regain their form from last year.  Congratulations, again for the early success of your team!  One exciting bit of news coming from DelVal is that they've achieved university status!  Delaware Valley University starts officially April 8.  Good luck to the U of S Lady Royals for the season!

Glad to hear it's only the poor start to the season blues.
Hang in there, things can turn around.
By the way, this Lady Royal team is really good.
Very much like back in the days when we last played each other.
They'll be in your area on Jan. 21st when they visit Moravian...stop by & take in what should be a great game.
Be well.

Ha ! Good to see some activity in the Forum. Let me weigh in on FDU: Coach M. continues his formula for winning with offensive rebounds and forcing TO's. There's no need to shoot well as he's in his glory with an aggressive fast break game plan. Of course, Kyra D. is there to bail them out when they needs it...I don't see another team beating them as long as they're healthy and follow the Coach's script.

Good luck to the Devils, getting ready for some big tests out in Vegas!

Two nail biters this afternoon and evening, Del Val beating Case Western Reserve 58/52, and FDU hanging on just now for the two point win over WisconsinSteven's Point - Congratulations Ladies, and GOOD Luck in conference play!

FDU escapes with two wins this week...Viva Las Vegas ;D

Congrats to the Devils.  I also enjoyed Pat's interview with Leigh-Ann Lively. I thought she demonstrated class, humility, and articulated her answers to questions very well. I know she would disagree, however, as I followed the team over the last 4 years, I always felt she had to fight harder for her minutes than others. I'm glad she had another great game and am hopeful she can continue the season on a high note.

Happy New Year to all board members and wishing you the best that life has to offer in 2015.
