Pat: Re. your inference that the Final Four site in Springfield may be like a home game for Bowdoin...should Scranton be fortunate enough to get out of their region and advance that far, please note Springfield is barely 3.5 hours from the land of the Lady Royals...just about equidistant from the land of the Polar Bears. And, the way fans & students follow Scranton...my money is on turning Springfield College into Royal Nation North.

LA RAMS

Good luck to the Lady Royals in the upcoming NCAA Tournament.  This COULD be the year.  Go Lady Royals!

Absolutely. However, that isn't relevant to a Bowdoin/Pacific Lutheran game, which is what I was discussing.

Both DeSales & FDU fell in first round ECAC play, but FDU really hung tough with Kean.  Easton (Notre Dame grad) guard Emily Cerankowski was high scorer.

i'm sure my fellow Scranton & Messiah posters can not wait until tip-off tomorrow night - best of luck to the two MAC teams from this Aggie fan.  Bring it home, PLEASE!

Best of luck to the Messiah Falcons this evening against Springfield.  Also congratulations to Eli Cook on her Jostens finalist selection and selection to the ESPN Magazine Academic All-America team.

Is the Scranton Women's game being broadcast anywhere?

mytwocents

OOPS sorry.  They are broadcasting the men's NCAA game.  Cannot find any other link for the women's game.

Title IX

Does anyone have any information/scores from the Moravian--Greensboro game that started at 5 pm today?  Is there any webcast anywhere?

Scranton 78  Marymount 55.  Taryn 27,Allison 19 led the Royals; Randi Jones 17 for the Saints; play Gwynedd Mercy tomorrow ; impressed with their coaching 2 years ago when royals beat them narrowly in ncaa 1st round.

Messiah 70, Springfield 56

Springfield got on the board first, but once Messiah was able to gain the lead they never looked back.  Next up will be Williams who won their first round match against NYU.

Hey Scranton, PLEASE give GMC "what for" tonight - why?  Just cause they're there, that's why!  Thanks & best luck to Messiah, too!
