There's no question about that...in fact, the overall record of NCAA D-III teams they've played thus far is 24-34 with no record of NCAA wannabe PSU Hazelton to be found to add to that equation. On the other hand, I don't think Brandeis is currently setting the world on fire with an overall record of 30-37 vs. teams they've played to this point. I find it hard to believe they are ranked 7th. in the Nation banging the boards with their who's who in D-3 hoops such as national powers Regis, Endicott & Wellesley. Should they be ranked...of course. At # 7...not a chance. But, I guess that's what polls this time of year are good for...just a little conversation among friends.

Is it my imagination, or is the icon for checking into the schools' websites missing?  Believe me, i spend far too much time in everyone's sites :)  DVC Aggies haven't left the state yet, and i miss em already.

kate

Sorry, just some the the sites don't have the "click here"

Just two tidbits of insight...First, the voting powers better take a real good look at Kean...they are for real. Secondly, a very good win on the road for Scranton...but, they are not nearly as cohesive teamwork wise as they were this time last season. In this matchup, Kean improved about 30 points over last seasons game with Scranton...the Lady Royals with virtually everyone back continue to have more turnovers than a bed & breakfast this time of year in Vermont...I am concerned, very, very concerned.

P.S. Congratulations to Scranton's Allie Matt who scored her 1,000th. point tonight. Truly, a first class person and athlete!

Saratoga---I agree with your assesment, however, I am curious as to why the lack of cohesiveness, unity, etc? Any thoughts? I have noticed that teams that are younger tend to be more motivated and often times teams that are senior laden are not as motivated?????

Is the MAC Freedom room gone?  Didn't see it when I signed on this morning?  Maybe Pat shut us down to cool off again  ;D

Just want to wish everyone on here a very Happy & HEALTHY New Year!  Long live the MAC, and the very best luck to my Aggies playing in Costa Mesa, CA Friday & Saturday afternoons!  Looking forward to your safe return, and to seeing you all Thursday night, Jan. 4 in the game with LVC.

Hey  Del Val, did ya all hear me scream when you tied it up in the second half?  You gave St. Lawrence a scare, & a 57- 65 loss to that team is nothing to feel badly about.  Can't wait to see tomorrow's game on the net.  Did Angela come with you?  Good game to all!  Here's hoping that 2006 goes out with a "W"!

kate

While i'm waiting for the start of the Aggie/RPI game, i see that St. Lawrence beat Babson 83 -55.  Yesterday DVC held em to 65 points.  Also a meeting this afternoon between Susquehanna & Catholic, members next season of the LANDMARK Conference -  should be interesting.  Nice win for the Lebanon Valley men's team, as well!

kate

Hey Del Val, i,m still shaking here at the computer, as i'm sure you all are, as well.  You gave RPI a great fight 68 - 63 - absolutely nothing to be sorry about - you played a darn good game!
