Forgot if i said it already, but Happy New Year to everyone at the site.  Brit, we certainly hope that your surgery went very well yesterday - please know we're thinking about you.  Go Aggies this Saturday afternoon as they take on the Valiants of Manhattanville!  We'll miss that game as well as the FDU encounter, but the weather had better hold out for the 10th when we play King's at Wilkes Barre!  It's been since Dec. l7th that we've watched our Aggies play, & that's too darn long!!!

Don't anyone say "get a life", but i'm trying to follow the LVC/Kean first game of the Day's Inn Tourney at Gettysburg, D3 Hoops & both G'burg & LVC advertise live stats.  G'burg keeps showing the stats from the game with Dickinson played exactly one month ago.  Ugh - to boot a lousy Ford ad keeps popping up - double ugh!!  Twenty five more minutes til the Lafayette/Princeton women's game.  Hey, my first preference was D3  :-[

well it looks like Delval vs Gettysburg in the consolation game

live stats did not kick in until the Gettysburg game

Good morning, & thanks, Old Ends!  That should be some game between Kean & Scranton today.  A family function keeps us from attending the Aggie/Manhattanville game this afternoon, but go Del Val!  League play starts in earnest this week, & we're anxious to start the routine!

Taking nothing away from Wilkes, but their over-all record IS 5-4, and the MACF record is 1-2 - Arcadia is the Commonwealth now.  Great win over the Valiants today, Aggies - sorry we had to miss that!

kate

Just went into the MAC site - they have them listed correctly  ;)

Yesterday i heard a rumor that a NJAC school was thinking about jumping ship.  Is there anything in the wind out there that would indicate more teams coming to the MAC or CSAC?  Or, has it just been too long since i've seen an Aggie game live?  :D

There have been rumors and murmurs of such a defection for several years now.

This message it to all the voter's on the D3Hoops top 25 poll:  It is about time you recognized Moravian by putting them in the top 25 in the last poll.  When you vote this week, please remember that they did beat DeSales (why are they still ahead of the Hounds?) and of their 9 wins 6 of them came against teams that were in the NCAA tournament last year.  Happy Voting!

Best luck to our MAC Freedom members tonight as they take on pretty much the last out-of-league teams!  That's Alvernia, Misericordia, & Wilkes, i believe.  GO MAC!   ;)

Two out of three ain't bad - 3 out of 3 would have been the best.  Good luck to the Aggies as they head to Jersey to take on the team at FDU-FP.  Also, congratulations to Del Val guard Kim Vennera named MAC Freedom Player of the Week!

The Aggie/FDU game isn't until tomorrow night.  Does anyone out there think that the leagues are done shifting?  It make one wonder what the coaches are thinking.  i sincerely hope that the MAC web site is being worked on cause the Freedom Women's list isn't there, & also there are no stats.  Probably because of the holidays.  Am i the only one here who goes crazy reading statistics every week?  :-\

Kate -

The MAC office is having technical trouble with their computer that handles stats. They hope to have it back working soon. In the meantime, lots of great games tonight as conference play starts in the Commonwealth!

Thanks, LVC Sports Information Director!  Right now, a happy camper here - my Aggies won a hard fought battle tonight in Madison beating a very good FDU team by five points i think - live stats stopped with 2 seconds left.  They came from behind for the win.  Go Aggies!!!
