Widener has their 10/11 schedule up - good luck to Coach DiBonaventura and her Widener Pride!

Far too hot to do much outside, so i'm here at the computer looking at b'ball schedules, & noticing that both the Aggies & Wilkes are playing in the Elizabethtown tourney in Dec.  As i remember, the College of New Jersey is the fourth team.  Interesting grouping there - two MAC Freedom teams.  Would anyone out there know where Sondrine Glovas, a June grad of Wilson Area High School in Easton is heading to college?  She was an outstanding player for Wilson, & to date nothing on where she's headed.  Just wondering.   Anxious for Aug. to see how our DVC roster will come together - GO AGGIES!!!  Despite this heat, i hope everyone's having a great summer!

Eastern names new coach today. It will be a challenge for him to win in 2010-11, but he has been involved with a couple big turn-arounds already.

Messiah has their 10-11 schedule up.  Slowly, but surely, they're comin on.

Replying to Kate's message, Sondrine is heading to DeSales.

kate

Thanks, MACbBallFan - i think.  What a league, Eastern has a new apparently no holes barred coach, the Lady Bulldogs have Sondrine - soooo, i hope our prospects are ALL on campus soon, & that this will be a great competitive year in the MAC!!! GO AGGIES!!!

WOW, what does everyone think about Messiah signing a contract with Nike to outfit all their intercollegiate sport's teams for 20-11?  Good for them, i guess, with the economy still a bit sketchy, & apparently, Nike feels that's it good for them on the basis of championships won by the college.  Could this be a trend?

Misericordia declined a similar offer from Nike earlier this year.

DeSales has their 2010-11 schedule on the site (& a nice new site it is :))!  Manhatttanville also has new pages, but couldn't get to their individual sports.  We have all MAC Women's Basketball schedules posted now, except for FDU, Elizabethtown, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, & possibly, the Valliants.  The season's getting closer!!!

kate

Still couldn't get into Manhattanville's individual sites, & Albright is added to the "not up yet" list.

kate

Manhattanville has their new schedule on.  The page is waaay to the right, needs a few back keys to bring it to the left.  Also a spiffy new site.

Kate,
You may want to try a different web browser.
